Out of all the hotels we stayed in Colombia, this was BY FAR the very best one!! It is so modern and has everything you need and more! The pool area is super nice, we loved the gym, and don’t even get me started on the breakfast buffet, it was absolutely fantastic :) The employees were also extremely nice and always very ready to help with anything. When I come back to Cartagena, I will definitely stay here!

I liked everything in the hotel, the employees were so attentive and helpful, I didn't count that they provided a staff to grab your baggage. Besides they offered free water, free coffee and tea, the room was very clean and well smelling. Basically nothing to complain about. The hotel was so good that sometimes we rather stay in the hotel than the city.

Our stay at Bluebayou was wonderful, the hotel is simply amazing with a breathtaking view on the lagoon. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. The hotel disposes of kayaks to enjoy a nice ride in the lagoon, also bicycles and other chillout facilities such as hamaks. The staff was very polite, the room was great, spacious, clean, WiFi in the room (some properties in the area struggle with this), everywhere in the facilities was possible to pay with VISA (which was next to impossible to find in Venezuela), all in all very great property and staff, felt like in Europe

The apartment was big and clean with all the things you need for a good stay. Very good location close to the market, the bus stop, the stores and the restaurants. The staff is super helpful and kind. The breakfast comes with a lot of fresh fruit, eggs, avocadoes! Very nice service at a very reasonable price.
