- From $183.81 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Excellent - What previous guests thought, 2,132 reviewsSecond visit to the hotel. The rooms are a good size for what you pay for and clean. Small, functional kitchenettes allowing the option to have meals in, rather than having to go out every night. Supermarket about a 3 minutes walk away. No having to request your room being cleaned (which seems to be the current trend with US hotels) - they are cleaned every day. Staff are all really friendly. Shuttle to the slopes was really helpful and the shuttle drivers really nice.Guest review byJessBermuda

Everything about Whistler is amazing.
Everything about Whistler is amazing. The Peak to Peak lift from Whistler Mtn to Blackcomb Mtn; golfing, horseback riding, etc. The valley trail means you can bike or walk absolutely everywhere in the village.Guest review byJoanneCanada - 6.0

It was Canada day, we were looking for a restaurant, hard to find. As I turned off the pavement toward a place where some cars were parked, my car bottomed out, bam! I didn't see that drop coming. The city should never have such a drop off of pavement in town! I was too upset to stop and take a picture of it. I drove a short way and made sure my oil pan wasn't leaking......Guest review byMike - 8.0
We just stayed over night.
We just stayed over night. Not much to do from the walking distance. It is in the valley bottom, mountain trails and tops are not so close with easy access (or maybe we didn't look enough well for them). We wanted to be on higher altitudes, but Pemberton is certainly not yet that high and close to the sky.Guest review byToomasEstonia - 10.0

Saw the Eagles, nice walks, Shannon falls also close by for good walking. Only disappointed with sea to sky gondola being shut down, that was the reason we chose sunwolf, to hike the chief, as we have season passes.Guest review bycoralCanada - 8.0
Whistler is like the Italian alps crossed with Las Vegas.
Whistler is like the Italian alps crossed with Las Vegas. The stunning nature is made accessible but only by the sprawling, grey, characterless complex of buildings and theme park like pavements and amenities. I liked and appreciated both the tacky Americanism and natural beauty. Nowhere on earth have I experienced so many drunk Australians. Heaps of fun. Seems like a great place for kids.Guest review byColdsideofthepillowUnited Kingdom - 10.0
We found it very touristy and trendy.
We found it very touristy and trendy. And even at this time of year the traffic was terrible. Having said that, we did enjoy our stay and would highly recommend The Watershed restaurant which sits right on Squamish River.Guest review byCarlCanada - 6.0

Only here for one day and that was long enough. Not much going on that we could see. We ate at the Thai restaurant just out of town which was good, basic decor but food tasty and good value, would recommend.Guest review byGailUnited Kingdom - 8.0

The location and Brackendale is a bit out of the way, perfect for you getaway to go offline and explore the nature. Nature - that is something that is loads around, go for wonderful hikes! Fergies is amazing. Can't say anything else, food and coffee was delicious. Do recommend to rent a car or use taxi as transportation around here.Guest review byMarianneNetherlands - 10.0
Whistler is great. So much to do.
Whistler is great. So much to do. We hiked up for an overnight at the Watersprite cabin this time which is always a fantastic trip. Don’t let reviews of the road scare you, it’s totally doable in an SUV just take’r slow and easy.Guest review byMelanieCanada - 10.0

It's a lot less touristy and frenetic than Whistler - so glad we stayed here and not there. Good variety of restaurants. And when the weather finally cleared the day we left we were able to get up the amazing Sea to Sky Gondola for fabulous views - it's jolly expensive and we only had time to do a couple of the short hikes - but still worth it. We also enjoyed driving out north and south to the various waterfalls and also discovering the Squamish Spit and Estuary - where we watched lots of otters frolicking.Guest review bySheonaghUnited Kingdom
