Well, many things.. I was back from the Country Music Festival and I had to walk a bit... but then wenn I arrived there I was welcomed by a St-Bernard Dog, then the check-IN was very fast and easy. A big screen was downstairs to watch the Europa Cup with a bar next to it. There is a lift which is very usefull wenn we have heavy luggages. There is a Nightclub downstairs with very good music. The staff was friendly. The Hostel/Hotel is located the same distance from Interlaken Ost or West. I enjoyed my time there.

Apartment is well-kept, clean, modern with good layout, all the amenities you need and plenty of space for our family of 4. Beds and linens are very comfortable with nice windows that open for fresh air. Bathroom is modern with all the amenities including a washer and dryer. Apartment is located just 10m from a bus stop and Interlaken West train station is only 5-7 minutes walk. The surrounding area has lots of good restaurants and grocery stores (COOP) nearby. Definitely will stay again.

Location is good despite it being a 20 minute walk from Interlaken Ost. The hotel provides a free bus pass and the two stops are just outside the hotel. Restaurants, bars and a bakery are within a minute of the hotel as well. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly and free coffee, snacks, fresh water are provided at every floor. Check-in is quick and overall the price makes this a great value for the Interlaken area. Friendly front staff every day made the stay worthwhile.

Hotel Rossli in Interlaken, Switzerland, provided my family of three with a fantastic stay in April 2024. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and Jean Louis was particularly delightful to chat with. Our room was comfortable, and the hotel's central location made exploring the town easy. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Hotel Rossli to anyone visiting Interlaken.

The Hostel Chalet Stöckli is a separate building semi-attached to the Alpenblick Hotel and a great deal! We got the full chalet experience on a budget with breakfast in the main building. The bathroom is shared with one other room on your floor and fairly basic but that was not an issue for us. The location is great, a little outside the city with the view of the mountains. Accessible from Interlaken West with bus and then 2 minute walk.

Alpina Boutique Hotel was a perfect stop on our travels through Switzerland. Located just outside of Interlaken, it’s peaceful seclusion was just what we wanted and the view from our balcony was stunning. We made this our base for a few days and traveled out by the very convenient trains to some wonderful day adventures. Owners Richard and Tania are so hospitable. Their morning breakfast service was the perfect start to each day.

Lovely hotel in an amazing location on the lake. Expensive but it is Switzerland and nothing is cheap. Lake view room with terrace was just great. Staff very helpful and breakfast excellent. No dining option in the evening and town of Ringgenberg was quiet with a couple of places to eat. Hotel provided travel pass for train/bus into Interlaken which took a few minutes. Interlaken really nice with loads of eating options.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay - top marks to Christine & the Alphorn Ladies. Our welcome was friendly & helpful. Swiss breakfast was great. The hotel was spotlessly clean & the bathroom was well equipped. It was a pleasure to stay in a quiet part of Interlaken, but only a short walk from the centre. We would score 11 if we could. Many 3 & 4 star hotels could take lessons from Hotel Alphorn.

The kids love the pool. The balcony is spacious with a dining set. The location is ideal, in Interlaken OST. Walkable to OST Train station and Coop. Facing paragliding landing site. There are many shops outside Hotel Apartment. Cooking equipment is of good quality. There is a self service paid washing machine to use. We appreciate Dalilia the receptionist went the extra mile to assist us with a phone call.

We stayed in Hotel Krebs Interlaken for two nights and enjoyed our stay very much. It is located just few minutes-walk from Interlaken West station. The room is quite spacious and well equipped. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is excellent with variety of cold and hot plates. We had nice dinner in the hotel restaurant on one evening, which was quite impressive as well as the reasonable price.

Hotel location is perfect. Right across from Interlaken OST train station with lake and mountain views. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was decent with good healthy fruits options and items were refilled, as needed. There are plenty of restaurants/food choices within few minutes of walking distance from the hotel. A very serene experience.

Apartment is old but cozy, located in city centre but quiet, 10min walk from Interlaken West train station, self check-in was easy, all amenities (kitchen, heating, bath tub, hot water, wardrobe, TV, CD player, balcony) worked well, free Wifi was fast, lots of books & travel brochures for reading, free local public bus transport with Interlaken Guest Card

- Beautiful view of Lake Thun from the balcony. - Apartment was amazing with most of the basic facilities available; on two floors. - Washroom was also nice and clean. - Free pass from hotel for commuting to & from Interlaken on bus (20 minutes drive). Bus stop right next to hotel. - Hotel had badminton, table tennis and other facilities.

Very friendly staff; comfortable room. The hotel is located close to bus/train stop Wilderswil with good connections to the centre of Interlaken and destinations in the Jungfrau region. However it is still quiet, being on a side street with very little traffic. Hotel restaurant offers a good menu (10% discount for hotel guests)

Polite staff. Good breakfast. Wilderswil is one station away from Interlaken OST and the hotel is 15 minute walk from Wilderswil station on a straight road. Bus is also an option from Interlaken west and Ost but frequency is around 20 minutes. Hotel has a very good restaurant and is located on a quiet street amongst residences.

Room was excellent 2 balconies perfect for sitting in the sun, check in very smooth, staff very friendly, breakfast very good with multiple choices, 5 minute walk from the train station very easy, all in all a wonderful stay in the Hotel Interlaken and we will definitely be back !!

Easy access to Interlaken West train station. From West you can get easily to Interlaken Ost which is main hub for all mountain trains. Room has electric kettle and tea which is a big plus for us. Staff was welcoming. Good breakfast. Hotel provided bus ticket card within the city.

Apartment was huge and budget wise (compared to other options), it was very economical. Staff was very helpful. Gave us extra fans as it was getting hot at night. 10 min walk from Interlaken West and very close to the river. Great view from the room. Provide parking if needed.

The hosts are wonderful people! Great location - three min. walk to the train station with connection to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Schynige Platte, Interlaken Ost/West. We had a separate entrance and plenty of space for a family of four (relevant to Apartment).

Brand new and modern apartment. Apartment is beautifully decorated and has a scenic view from the balcony. Conveniently located just outside of Interlaken West train station. It was a very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay in this apartment again.
