The hotel is great for the kids. It had a very nice play room where my daughter enjoyed going each day. The staff was very friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The building looks amazing with nice design and just superb location! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The personnel was really nice and helpful! Once i visit Locarno again, I will stay in the same hotel for sure❤️

The hotel was very clean and nice and the staff super polite. The location is very central, next to the train station - which is also a bit downside, because of the noise - but honestly the price/quality ratio is really good and I'd recommend staying here.

Getting to the hotel was super easy. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful balcony and a very nice view of the lake. The staff was very kind. Very complete breakfast.

Excellent as usual (stayed there several times). Friendly, welcoming and competent staff, excellent food for breakfast, impeccable cleanliness, comfort and facilities, convenient parking, excellent location in a calm area, a lot of possibilities to explore the beautiful area of Ascona-Locarno.

Great staff, breakfast varied and comfortable room

A beautiful hotel and exceptional lovely lady Christina who welcomed us and treated us like royalty. She couldn't do enough for us. Our room looked new and apparently the rooms were all renovated a year ago. The location is in Piazza Grande, right in the heart of Locarno The hotel has its own lovely restaurant below the hotel on street level. The Railway Station is only a few minutes, walk away and easy to get to.. The lovely harbour is close by as well as the local buses to Ascona.

Easy check in, comfortable room with everything you could need and a beautiful view of the lake. Transportation close by, or an easy walk along the lake into Locarno. I’ll be back!

This was a great base for the Locarno Film Festival. Super central, coffee machine in the room, beda very comfy.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices and everything fresh. The staff was very accommodating, even bringing coffee to the table despite having coffee machines available. The breakfast hours were also convenient. The room had everything we needed—clean, spacious, and comfortable. The spa was fantastic, very relaxing, and open during convenient hours. On our last day, we wanted to visit the spa earlier, and they kindly arranged it for us. The location was excellent, and since we visited at the end of September, it wasn’t too crowded. Overall, a very nice experience.
