The hotel was very clean and nice and the staff super polite. The location is very central, next to the train station - which is also a bit downside, because of the noise - but honestly the price/quality ratio is really good and I'd recommend staying here.

Getting to the hotel was super easy. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful balcony and a very nice view of the lake. The staff was very kind. Very complete breakfast.

A beautiful hotel and exceptional lovely lady Christina who welcomed us and treated us like royalty. She couldn't do enough for us. Our room looked new and apparently the rooms were all renovated a year ago. The location is in Piazza Grande, right in the heart of Locarno The hotel has its own lovely restaurant below the hotel on street level. The Railway Station is only a few minutes, walk away and easy to get to.. The lovely harbour is close by as well as the local buses to Ascona.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The building looks amazing with nice design and just superb location! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The personnel was really nice and helpful! Once i visit Locarno again, I will stay in the same hotel for sure❤️

The breakfast here was amazing, and the views were stunning. The woman who worked there was incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable and secure. If I ever return to Locarno or the surrounding area, I will definitely stay here again.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices and everything fresh. The staff was very accommodating, even bringing coffee to the table despite having coffee machines available. The breakfast hours were also convenient. The room had everything we needed—clean, spacious, and comfortable. The spa was fantastic, very relaxing, and open during convenient hours. On our last day, we wanted to visit the spa earlier, and they kindly arranged it for us. The location was excellent, and since we visited at the end of September, it wasn’t too crowded. Overall, a very nice experience.

The hotel is right at the lake, they give discount for their excellent restaurant next door and there is a first floor terrace to have breakfast. The back entrance is basically next to the entrance of the train station
