Very nice friendly city! Like Every city has the good and the bad areas. The nature is nice reception is nice, rooms are extremely smelly to chemicals and mold, very small hardly space to move around no place to leave even small luggage, unhelpful staff, my hole family got sick from the smell they didn’t offer options, we spend the hole day trying to get an alternative finally we had to leave the hotel at midnight with no place to go. I have already sent a very detailed explanation about the horrors of this host and provided TEN screenshots of evidence including her harrassing and threatening messages. You only have to read them to see that I'm not exaggerating, much less lying. It would be unfair and unethical to recommend this place to anyone, knowing that the host and her police boyfriend have no regard for their hosts, much less the laws of Colombia!! The Hot Springs were amazing. The place is well kept with great services and amenities. I stayed at Matisses Hotel and Spa. I enjoyed both places. I was glad to visit both places because it made my vacation more interesting. There is so much natural beauty in both places, I am so glad that I was able to experience both.
