Everything was excellent, it really did exceed our expectations. This resort was recommend to us by our friends, and by looking at the pictures first it was ok. But they renovated everything in the hotel, some pictures online are outdated and it's a shame since the hotel is beautiful. Family room was excellent and with a lot of space, pools are amazing and the beach is one of the best we've been to. 10/10

This was our second stay in Chrysomare Beach Hotel and again we have some amazing memories. It is a very modern hotel in a great location, quiet but close to the shops and all the amenities. The rooms are big and clean. We did book a superior front sea room and it had beautiful view of the coast. The food in the main restaurant is varied and tasty. I think what is really making this hotel special is the very helpful and kind personnel. Maria from the restaurant thank you for your kind word every morning. The reception personnel for your help when our son got sick ( we did ask for a doctor and in 30 minutes she was in our room.) and the mr in the beach restaurant who was always making us laugh. We will for sure be back.

Great hotel, very clean, everything looks brand new. Fresh and tasty breakfast. And fantastic restaurant a la carte - for the same price as in any nearby tavern you get absolutely different quality of food and service and live saxophone music.

I liked everything about our stay :) the rooms were clean, the food was tasty and there was a lot of variety (different cuisine every night). The staff was nice and accommodating. I can fully recommend it!!

We have been to 65 countries, and I dare say I have a basis for comparison when I claim that this hotel is one of the best we have been to. Sophisticated, extremely clean, stylish with great food. I personally liked the fact that there is a Cigar lounge, although you can smoke anywhere in the outdoor areas, including the sunbeds. I also liked the fitness center, well equipped, but I missed a bench and more free weights. Proximity to the beach is great, as well as being close to lots of nice eateries. The center of Ayia Napa is 30 minutes on foot or 10 by taxi, where there is an amazing choice of activities, restaurants, and bars. I want to express our thanks to Ivo from the reception desk. The most helpful and sunny person who welcomes guests. Always available and always with a smile on his face. Any hotel would be happy to have him as an employee.

The whole experience was quite incredible! The staff service made it such a pleasurable experience, the facilities were perfect and the breakfast!! OMG The BREAKFAST!! The best spread i have ever seen!!

Exceptional service! Since the hotel could not provide us twin beds that we have requested, we got an upgrade to a bigger 2 room apt free of charge! The people go the extra mile to make you enjoy the vacation. Food is on a five star level, 8 day stay, and we discovered new local delicacies daily until the very last day of our stay. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to the beach of your choice in Protaras. The driver is very friendly and is always there to assist in exploring the surroundings. The rest of the staff also earned our respect and gratitude. Will visit again 100%!

We loved everything about our stay in the Junior Executive Suite at Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel & Spa! Even though it was only one night, it was the most fantastic hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff is always smiling, willing to help, and extremely professional. As soon as we entered our room we saw a plate of fruits and a welcoming note. The jaccuzi on our balcony was amazing, very romantic and the sunset was out of this world. The pool is also very pleasant and relaxing. The restaurant downstairs had singers on Saturday night which was also very entertaining. Breakfast was delicious and diverse. In the morning, at the pool, there was a morning stretching session, and there was also an aqua gym session in the indoor pool. Unexpected and amazing at the same time! For sure, I would love to come back again and again to this fantastic hotel! Bravo and keep up the great work!

Lovely staff, amazing location (only 2 minutes walk to the beach), very peaceful and not too crowded. Flat was specious and cleaned everyday. I’ll definitely come back!
