The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent. We rented a private room for six people, and it exceeded our expectations as it had two showers, a large sink, and the private area was separate. The beds were comfortable, each with its own charger and locker. The individual lockers were huge and opened with a card. I found the hotel very trendy and modern. I highly recommend it in Munich.

We've never seen such a variety of breakfast options—it's like attending an amazing banquet :))) The rooms are fantastic with very comfortable beds—mattresses, pillows, blankets—everything is top-notch.     the hotel lies in a hill overseeing the lake with hiking trails going in and out to the mountains from it. The Spa was great as well as the dining experience in their restaurant. We visited for our honeymoon and the staff left a very special detail in our room which was very much appreciated.

    Fascinating and historic city. Also great for beer and food. I am a fit septuagenarian, and found it entirely feasible to explore the whole of the old city on foot from my hotel. The Pschorr beer hall in the Viktuallenmarket serves excellent Bier from a traditional wooden cask.

    The highlight was of course the Zugspite and the journey there by train, rack-rail, and cable car. Amazing views from the Zugspitze plateau topped only by the panorama from the peak itself. Given more time we'd have explored the many hiking trails, including the Partnach Gorge, but did manage the short walk to the beautiful pilgrimage church of Wallfahrtskirche St. Anton, not far from our hotel in downtown Partenkirchen.

    Rosenheim is an intermediate town between Munich and Salzburg. The town is pleasant but unremarkable. For rail travellers it is a good (and often cheaper) base to to explore these cities as well as the Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden and the Bavarian mountains. The local Flotzinger brewery, restaurant and beer garden are recommended but are so popular with local people that unreserved places can be scarce (especially when rain closes the garden)

    The first thing I noticed upon arriving in Ingolstadt is the cleanliness of the area from the moment I stepped off the train. I had travelled from Cologne through Berlin, Dresden and Nurnberg, stopping a view nights in each place, and Ingolstadt was the best ‘first impression’ of a city I experienced. This continued throughout the 3 days I spent there. The train station is located in a leafy area next to a beautiful park and surrounded by 3 churches. The city has numerous walkways and cycle routes alongside the river and through beautiful gardens. The city is extremely peaceful and had beautiful architecture and many historic buildings and sights. You will find good coffee shops and some of the best traditional food dishes in Germany. I LOVED this place and can’t wait to return.

    My "likes" about this property overshadowed by the theft of my day-backpack with my valuables inside from the courtyard's small parking lot. Left it there for less than 10 minutes and it was gone! Terrible end of my vacation in Europe.

    It's a suburb next to the airport.

    It's a suburb next to the airport. You can get your basic last minute shopping done and get petrol for your rental car before returning it. Interestingly, there is a surf sport place with artificial waves in case you want to do some surfing.

    It was a good place to stay for us to visit both Salzburg and Berchetsgarten, where we went up to the Eagles nest and visited the recently opened new Documentation Centre and Hitler's Bunkers - well worth visiting.

    Due to non availability on airport shuttle it was disaster and disappointment. How can you declare holiday in express Munich airport and no airport shuttle. Totally bullshit. Due to this our minimum 1000.00 euro extra expensive as every day we took taxi to go airport terminal to take exhibition bus
