Our room was very comfortable, clean and it has everything you need. The location was perfect, close to Old town and walkable to all monuments. I definitely recommend this hotel 😊

This is the best hotel we've stayed at on our 4 week Europe holiday! The location is amazing, and we had a room looking out over the river. It was a great size, and the bed was extremely comfortable (firm-medium). We used the hotel gym too which was fantastic and very clean. We wish we stayed here longer!

The location was great - away from the city center's narrow streets but still close enough to walk there on foot. The room was incredibly spacious, as well as the bathroom.

Huge buffet breakfast even on Christmas day when we were there. They set out the buffet extra early so even those who have the first flight out in the morning have time to enjoy some breakfast. The lady who kept the buffet stocked with hot & cold items was constantly cleaning & insuring everything was full, clean & working. Staff was kind, always greeted with a smile & words & helpful. We would stay here again!! Great for early morning flight. Never saw such a nice arrangement for this price near airport.

Friendly staff, great location

We absolutely loved this hotel...the location was exceptional. By the riverfront, near the museum, Calatrava bridge, metro, downtown and the tram. Great eating places nearby. The location while near downtown, is on the mostly quiet/residential side of the river. We found delicious breakfast options nearby so we didn't eat at the hotel. To top it all, Jose Carlos in the reception desk gave us excellent recommendations on how to go by ourselves to San Sebastian on a day-trip that turned out and awesome experience. He also went over the recent history on the redevelopment of Bilbao, plus tips on where to eat and what to see. Thank you Jose Carlos!

Hotel location was perfect! 15 min walk to Guggenheim. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, along with knowledgeable! Breakfast brunch was worth it for each day. Highly recommend. Could not love this place more.

Location was excellent, a block from the tram station and walking distance to the lively and beautiful old town. Phenomenal coffee shop/bar, restaurant and pharmacy all within one block, as well as a beautiful church square. Room and bathroom were large compared to other hotels in Europe; lobby area was nice with plenty of room to relax, public bathroom, and free/secure luggage storage. Hotel staff was wonderful. Will definitely stay again!
