The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the beautiful Bakio Beach. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any requests. Despite a minor inconvenience, the exceptional kindness of the staff more than made up for it. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel.

Ideal location, close to everything. A very welcoming, safe, clean and comfortable stay. The breakfast and coffee was also delicious. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend to stay here if you are visiting Elorrio and even as a home base to do day trips to other places such as Bilbao, San Sebastián, Durango etc. Many restaurants and bars and shopping are close walking distance and the bus stop is less than 5 min walk away. A great place!!! Nico and the rest of the staff are so nice!

The hotel was beautiful and our room had a glorious balcony overlooking the harbor, Getxo and the Vizcaya Bridge. I expected the area to be more industrial, but it really was a neighborhood (in addition to being industrial) and it was really fun to walk along the water and over to Getxo via the aerial bridge. We saw the beach, but didn't go. We wished we had had more time to relax and to explore. There was parking in the basement and it was only about 25 minutes to the airport. We weren't there for breakfast.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. There were balcony with beautiful ocean view, this hotell was in front of Ereaga Beach. Vizcaya hanging bridge was in walking distance. Bed was very comfortable, shower was very good. I very much enjoyed blackout curtains. This hotel had everything you need for a nice vacation in a beautiful place.

Beautiful location with a fabulous terrace overlooking the beach, the bay and the port. Very laid back, you feel you can spend all days there, just sitting and enjoying. Good breakfast, again overlooking the seafront. Well arranged parking as well. It is rated 3 stars, but should have 4!

This is a great property in a scenic location. The site was busy while we were there, but it never felt over-crowded and it was quite peaceful. We had a mobile home with a terrace and it was perfect for 2 adults. We enjoyed wine on the terrace even in the rain. Each mobile home had there own barbecue and parking space. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Mundaka town - would recommend you walk to Mundaka as parking is very difficult! There is a larger supermarket in Bermeo. The on-site restaurant is wonderful, but on the higher end in terms of costs and ambience - food is worth it! We liked this place so much we ended up changing part of our trip to return.
