This 5-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. - The room was beautifully decorated - The hotel, inside and out, was very aesthetic - Nice ‘extras’, such as free bottled water and fresh milk - Staff were friendly and helpful (especially the young man on the door at around 3pm on the 4th) - Comfortable furniture - Plenty of towels left for me despite it being a booking for a single person (often an issue) - Great location

Check-in went smoothly, and the lady at the reception was extremely helpful and positive, which made a great first impression. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I really appreciated the variety of both warm and cold dishes, fresh fruit, orange juice, and even guacamole. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. A special mention goes to the lady at breakfast—she was very friendly and welcoming, which made the morning experience even nicer. The staff throughout the hotel were kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

All facilities were very modern and access in and out of the property was so easy Sarah was excellent as the person checking me in, sorting out my personal requests and making sure my stay was comfortable.
