The Management is always hands on, super helpful and friendly. The bungalows are very nice, the view is amazing and a very good breakfast. The staff are very nice, we where charged a bit more by mistake due to an amendment in the number of nights which I did, and the manager made sure to come and find us to refund the money. The decor of the outdoor area is very nice.

Excellent location, first line, 20 m from the Sea, very friendly and multi-language personnel, fashionable two levels rooms, and very testy food (breakfast - Swedish table, nice restaurant proposes wonderful meals during the day). Definitely, come again!

Absolutely a 10 out of 10 hotel! Amazing location – the crystal-clear sea is just 2 minutes from the hotel. There's a large swimming pool for adults and kids, delicious breakfasts and dinner, and very friendly staff. Special thanks to Markos at reception for his help. The rooms are really clean. Hard to believe it’s only a 2-star hotel – everything is perfect for a peaceful and family-friendly vacation.

I honestly highly recommend this hotel, where guests truly feel at home. Everyone working at the hotel is exceptionally friendly and warm-hearted — from the gardener, breakfast staff, cleaners, to the bartender and receptionist, Sivilla. You feel very welcome throughout your stay. The hotel is very clean, the garden is absolutely beautiful, and the location is excellent, right by the beach and within walking distance of the town center. The pool is very clean, the sun loungers are comfortable, and the breakfast is outstanding as well! Hotel Pontos and all the wonderful people there — thank you for everything! We will definitely come back.

I arrived in Neo Marmaras with my son and his partner and stayed in Hotel Papagalos from the 15th May for a week, we were due to stay in an apartment block but chose Hotel Papagalos at the last minute and it's a decision we were delighted about! The hotel is a family run hotel, run by the lovely Andreas, his parents and sister. We arrived late on a Ryanair flight from Dublin and didn't arrive until midnight, , I'd phoned the hotel a few days before and spoke to Andreas and assured me that he'd meet us there and he was true to his word, and met us with a smile! The hotel rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and as we had sea view rooms we had fantastic views over the harbour. The rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh towels and sheets, all cleaned by the lovely Georgia, who's a sweetheart. The hotel serves breakfast at an extra cost between 8am and 1pm. They have a varied breakfast menu at very reasonable prices, I'd highly recommend the omelette Papagalos, it's devine! We couldn't recommend Hotel Papagalos highly enough, it's a wonderful hotel in the centre of Geos Marmaras, with bars, restaurants and shops all around it. If you're ever visiting there, make Hotel Papagalos, your base, you won't regret it!

The apartment matched the description and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean and cozy, with complimentary water and toiletries provided. There is also a small kitchen, which is convenient if you want to prepare meals. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were polite and welcoming.

The staff is friendly, and Irina is especially friendly. Everything is a matter of agreement with the owner. Also, he immediately solved the problem with the internet. Breakfast is varied. Nearby is Fava Beach (up to 5 minutes by car), which is recommended for couples with children. In general, the hotel is great for staying with children.

I recommend this resort , very quiet for families, the place is excellent, everything is clean , and especially the staff was perfect and very friendly .

Beautiful place with an amazing location. The hotel is new and offers something for everyone. We were upgraded to a room with a pool, which was very nice, especially in the afternoon when it's great to quickly refresh yourself and relax in the shade. The breakfast is fantastic, with many choices, and you can even make Greek coffee using the traditional method. The wellness area offers many options for relaxation, ensuring you can unwind completely. The staff are wonderful, always attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Super nice overall and many thanks for making our vacation a truth paradise.

It is hard to summarize shortly what we loved about this hotel. Simply said: everything. The beauty of the rooms, the gardens, the pool area was all extraordinary. The wide selection, freshness and the taste of the food (we had buffet breakfast and dinner) was super. The spotless cleanliness, especially considered during the peak hours in the buffet restaurant, was more than satisfactory. The hotel had a very close private beach with some sunbeds and umbrellas, where we could spend most of the days. But on top of all these, the best thing in this hotel was the friendliness of all staff, to which we can't be grateful enough. It was a perfect stay for the whole family!!

The staff were very friendly. They respond quickly to our request. The food was good and full of variety. The staff has made a small surprize for our daughter because she has the birthday. In general everything was perfect.

Very friendly and helpful staff, an excellent beach, and secure parking. We had a wonderful stay and truly felt relaxed, rested, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back!

The breakfast was lovely and varied each morning. The staff were so nice and helpful. The location was amazing, with a supermarket 20 min walk away and taverns 5 min walk away. The beach was gorgeous, prime and picturesque location. Would highly recommend to everyone!!
