Senda Kokos hotel is impressive! I was so impressed with the quality and comfort of the facility. It's such a great deal for the amount of money. Staff are incredibly friendly, the aisles and rooms are clean and well taken care of, and the entire place is so well designed. Really recommend this place!

We were met at the doorway by a friendly gentleman who showed us to reception. The reception staff themselves were very friendly, polite and profession and gave us great information. Breakfast was a buffet affair and while there were a lot of people, there was plenty to go around and the food was of a high standard. The food changed daily which was appreciated and the fresh fruit was delicious. The room was super clean and of a big size - shout-out to housekeeping- and the bed was very comfortable. The communal areas bar, restaurants were tastefully decorated. The hotel is very well located. It was very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, but very close walking distance to the pier where you can take tours from. You can also walk to the public beaches and the main strip with restaurants and bars and shops in just a few minutes. Very much recommend this hotel to others, great value and great service

Staff and the hotel were great, and I couldn't say I could find any issues after reading a few less favourable reviews.. Rooms are a good size and very clean and cool. Also well serviced by friendly staff.. I got to the hotel long before my check-in time, and my luggage was looked after while I relaxed in the pool area. I then was offered a room way before my time, and I was not disappointed, infact I may have been quietly given an upgrade. To me, that was staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome.. There's a small shop for basics, etc, or pharmacy next to the hotel. Compared to more expensive hotels around it depends on your budget but for price this was good for what you really need..

Where do I start? Nothing short of mind blowing! The 5 star service with staff that are there to help you at every turn! ! The fabulous restaurants and bars that cater for every taste and desire! The well laid out rooms which have obviously been meticulously planned to make your visit so comfortable and seamless! The spotless grounds and gardens! The well-orchestrated transport provided to and from each of the theme parks! I will be shouting the praises of this property to anyone and everyone who’ll listen and we will definitely return.

Our oceanview room with a large balcony overlooked the beach as well. One of the best hotels we've stayed at on vacation.

First of all, I am very disappointed!!!

First of all, I am very disappointed!!! This resort is definitely not a 5 star. Without the lobby, it is a 3 star level and quality. Room was extremely dated, stains on the furniture and a patio furniture was damaged. Top of the bed was a big dark color hair, and sheets were worn and had a hole. In the restaurant chairs are dirty and food left over. The beach had a lot of garbage, the sun bed was always dirty. The concierge gave a lot of promise but never happen. The restaurant waiters are very good, as was housekeeping too. Mike's coffee house was good, but was long wait. Food was oke but nothing wow. I don't recommended this place to anyone who is looking for 5 star service.

Cancun is exciting for those who want to leave their resort as there is so much to do. Seaweed is bad this year. Beaches are smaller. I didn't leave the resort however I wanted to due to the crazy prices at the spa. Total gouging.

I was most impressed with the beauty of Centro.

I was most impressed with the beauty of Centro. However, because I came in late May, it was very hot and humid. I could only go out for an hour at a time. I would come back to my hotel drenched and tired! It would have been better if I had come in the dry season (January to April).

Nature-wise, it's amazing! The 7-color sea is true. We swam with sharks, rays, and beautiful fish at the aquarium. Beautiful beaches (although some of them are full of seaweed), alcohol is cheap, and food is nice. I would change the attitude of some people. They want to charge you for everything; they are not polite; they want to take advantage of the tourists. We went to a bar that was empty, and they told us we needed to book. It was empty!! On a tour to Johnny Cay, they took us to see a ship that sank like 40 years ago, and they wanted to charge extra for that. Seriously?

If you are looking for a party vacation, there are lots of options in town. For a beach vacation, choose a resort elsewhere (and look into sargassum bloom season before booking). For discovering the marvels of the Yucatan peninsula, choose Merida, or even Valladolid.

I loved the atmosphere in the town center in the evening, and the geographical and ecosystemic interest of the area, such as the cienagas. The friendly taxis and mototaxis. The general interest for preserving the city clean and protecting the nature.

Willemstad is amazing and Curacao in general is a place to discover, it has all the things you need (flamingos, turtles, beaches) in a small distance. If you stay, either stay next to Mambo beach for the party and vibe or in westpoint for more nature and beach closeness!

The beach areas were not easy to access and were dominated by resorts which you had to pay to use there parking and beach. There was also a lot of seaweed which can be a problem. Finding a public beach was not easy and we can't really comment on their quality as we didn't get to one. Staying in one of the resorts may give a different experience.

My trip to Montego Bay made me feel that I was home in...

My trip to Montego Bay made me feel that I was home in Africa. I enjoyed the food such as curry goat meat, beef and chicken pie, beans and rice etc.... Above all the people I came across with were very nice and respectful to me. The location I stayed was great and the environment was so clean and peaceful. I will always recommend Montego Bay to others as a great place to visit for vacation.

Santo Domingo is a BEAUTIFUL CITY!!

Santo Domingo is a BEAUTIFUL CITY!! I love the stunning blend of 16th-century colonial history and vibrant Caribbean urban life. I love the romantic cobblestone streets, museums, Parque Colon environment and historical architecture of La Zona Colonial.
