It's very affordable and worthy, the room feels like new, all facilities are well maintained perfectly, breakfast so delicious, staff are very warm welcome the guest, there are 2 nice pools. Definitely will comeback to stay at this hotel again and again.

A beautiful hotel, with four buildings set within a serene little garden oasis, with a shared kitchen and pool, all just a short drive from the beach and sea. The owners and staff were lovely, and made our stay perfect, helping with motorbike rental and laundry. Surfboard rental is also available. We stayed in both the wooden bungalow and the Deluxe Double Room, and we found both perfectly charming. The bungalow was less sound proof, but the rustic design was beautiful, and the open bathroom yields a view of stars on clear nights. (The garden does as well. Medewi has beautifully dark night skies.) The deluxe double room was beautiful and modern in design, with a great view of the garden. Both rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the WiFi was strong throughout. We greatly enjoyed (and extended) our stay, and would love to come again. We can't recommend more highly!

Do not expected a luxury stay at this hotel. I chosed this hotel for overnight stay because close to ferry jetty. I travel from Ngurah Rai Airport and arrived 10 mins past midnight. Staff were there and greet my arrival with smile even though already past midnight. Very good hotel. Good staf. Nice stay. Clean room and easy access to ferry terminal to cross to Ketapang from Gilimanuk. Grab car easily can get from this hotel. Very quite in the morning because hotel location about 500m from the busy main road. Very greenery environment. So fresh.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth. The private villas are luxurious, peaceful, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect romantic atmosphere for our special trip. The staff were truly excellent, patient and fun also. The upkeep of the rooms and the small personal touches made it extra special for us. The head chief was extremely accommodating and good. One of the highlights was the Queen and King Private Dinner package—an absolutely unforgettable evening that made our week feel extra special. We also had the chance to enjoy coconut tasting and Balinese cooking lessons, which were both fun and enriching. Every morning, we looked forward to the daily breakfast—we loved how we half boarded and were able to taste a bit of everything. The meals were healthy, fresh, and full of flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of Balinese, traditional, and Western dishes served throughout our stay, especially at supper. The food alone is reason enough to return! Our wonderful guide, Putu, took us on three incredible tours—to the Tanah Lot Temple, the Bali Zoo, Bali swing and the Buyan lakes and many more sites. Each adventure with him added so much to our honeymoon experience. Thank you, Putu, for making it all so memorable! This has truly been an amazing, amazing, amazing holiday. Muklis and the crew are the best! We stayed for a week and we can’t wait to visit next time. The surf coaching and video analysis were amazing- they know what they’re doing, gave valuable feedback, and the waves were so good. They are also some of the nicest and kindest people you’ll meet. The house was clean and it was a great place to hangout and meet other like-minded surfers and travelers. Overall vibe was great, would 1000% recommend!

A really quiet corner of Bali.

A really quiet corner of Bali. You rarely see many tourists in the area. Everyone greets you as you walk along the roads or beach. If you want night clubs and European restaurants this isn't the place for you. If you want traditional Bali then get up their quick before it becomes commercialised.

This part of Bali is reminiscent of the Bali that existed...

This part of Bali is reminiscent of the Bali that existed around Kuta 42 years ago. Rice paddies, beach, mountains…back to nature. It’s a peaceful part of Bali and we hope it stays that way as long as possible. We only stayed one night but would love to come back with family. Some of the sights around Bali are easier to access from here. Definitely recommend Puri Dajuma Eco Resort to explore this part of Bali and some of the rest of it.

Chilled mostly, bunches of Canggu ? surfer kooks in the morning in surf. Locals/expats are great, great little community you can wrap your head around as a Lombok expat. Less choices is sometimes better, easy to get info and shared knowledge. Gilmanuk road is not for the beginners...nor is the big surf.
