Requested for Airport pick up, driver was on time, polite, professional and so attentive to our requests. The room is clean and tidy, with a decent size for 2 travelers. Location wise is good. Convenient stores nearby (< 5 mins walking distance). Breakfast buffet was ok. Indonesian's dishes was delicious. Western's selection wasn't many, only potatoes, eggs, no sausage/mushroom/beans. But we are in Indonesia so let's celebrate local delicacy. Room service, we did try the steak with mushroom sauce. It was exceptional. For a small city of just 350,000, it has the chaos and traffic levels of a much larger city. People drive crazy and fast, making the numerous one way streets into race tracks. Watch yourself when crossing streets. Parts of the city are tree lined and pleasant, with comparisons to parts of Colombo. However like Colombo, parts of the city are treeless, hot and congested, also like Manila and Jakarta.
