Large, clean comfortable room with a huge deck. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The staff were amazingly helpful and upbeat. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in the past 5 weeks traveling in Italy. Great location in town within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bars.

The room was super well-equipped—it had everything we needed. The place is right in the heart of Villasimius, so you’re literally steps away from everything. Even the beach is just a quick stroll from the front door. On top of that, the entire staff was so kind and helpful—they really went above and beyond!

The staff and especially Francesco were absolutely delightful. The room was beautifully decorated and super comfortable with lovely bedding and I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. Easy access to all the beautiful beaches and just a super little find run by a lovely and super friendly family.

Guest review
We had a full-board stay. Lunch and dinner were excellent, while breakfast was decent but repetitive, falling significantly short of the lunch and dinner standards. Additionally, the breakfast hours felt a bit too short, ending at 9:30 AM. Tables are assigned to guests for the duration of their stay. The management changed our table several times (not at our request) and to worse locations. Even though we had full board, our table placement was sometimes worse than for guests who only came for breakfast, which felt a bit strange to me. However, the overall dining experience was wonderful. Regarding the accommodation, we stayed in a private two-room villa. It was spacious, clean, and serviced daily, though we occasionally declined the cleaning ourselves. The only inconvenience was with the bathroom soap. It is provided as a small bar in individual packaging, but there is nowhere to place it after use. In my opinion, refillable liquid soap dispensers would be much more convenient, and the same goes for the shower gel and shampoo. Also, complimentary drinking water was only provided in the room upon arrival; afterwards, we had to buy it ourselves. The hotel's location is excellent, featuring a beautiful, well-kept territory, a nice swimming pool, and the beach is just a 10-minute walk from our villa. There is a playground for children, a sports field, and a tennis court. The beach itself is wonderful, and hotel guests can use the SUP boards for free. There is also a convenient and large on-site parking lot for cars.

Great, clean hotel, everything feels very new. The beach is amazing, sunbeds are free, water is great. We liked the breakfast and the bar too. The room is very comfortable, the bed is huge and really good. Bathroom is beautiful! We only took breakfast, so no experience with lunch/dinner or all-inclusive (we had dinner in the camping next door both nights, was great!).

The Costa Rei beaches is very very long, nice sand, nice water. You cand find many restaurants (we had dinner at: l'Aragosta and Nou - very good food, a little bit expensive, but good value for money). The location is quiet, few supermarkets, many hotels but also many houses to be rented.

It is a small town with many beaches in the neighborhood. The town offers a good base to explore regions in the neighbourhood, many nuraghes. Town has many restaurants, markets, gelaterias and shops. Easy to find parkings. We visited the town centre many times, quite nice in the evenings. It is connected by public transport bus to both Cagliari and Villasimius, but we never used them.

For us it was perfect.

For us it was perfect. If you want to walk to the centre in the evening it is not the right hotel to stay in. I would suggest you need a car to do day trips to places. I think there are plans for a swimming pool so then you could stay in the resort all day. Very spacious clean rooms. It is beautiful with a mountain backdrop, orange groves. Beautiful food. Just an enchanting experience.

The beach and sea are wonderful.

The beach and sea are wonderful. Golden sands and clear blue water. However, we found Monte Nai very expensive for restaurants and the supermarket. We were shocked by some of the prices for food compared to our home in Germany. For example, a box of frozen peas were nearly 7€. Further, restaurant prices seemed to be inflated (we knew local Sardinians.) Unless you have a car than you are limited to one or two restaurants.

This is a very unique family run property, situated in a very rural area which suited us perfectly as most people like ourselves visiting Sardinia ensure we had a rental vehicle. Gioele and his Family were friendly and extremely helpful and we had an excellent on site pizza night cooked by the host himself with drinks and side dishes provided also. If don’t like the hassle of being packed side by side at resorts and don’t mind exploring, this is the perfect place for relaxing stay, some may miss an on site pool but there are many beaches easily accessible after a short drive . We had a party of 3 adults and 3 children and it was the ideal choice for us. Loved it. Simon Katerina and family, Isle of Man.

Perfect time of the year (October) to visit and explore the area. The nearby calas are all excellent. The village of Costa Rei is quite small with essential shops. The beach is wonderful : fine sand, crystalline sea and shallow water that make it the ideal destination for families with small children. But if you want to enjoy the night life, it is better to go to the nearby Villasimius
