The hotel staff are very friendly. From the security to the grounds personnel. They were gracious enough to wait for us for late check-in. Very organized. I would recommend any time any day.

I had a fantastic stay! The apartment is stylish, clean, and very comfortable. Everything looked just like the photos. The hosts were super kind and helpful - truly made me feel at home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Well Cathy was awesome her customer service was top notch she even managed to get a taxi for me, the apartment was sparkling clean and fully furnished I didn't struggle. Speak of the interior decor it was perfect,I am definitely going back soon

I loved the apartment building, it is very homely, safe and secure. The place is also cozy and homely. Both the owner and housekeeper were very friendly and helpful. There wasn't any disturbance. I will certainly use this place when I visit Kisii again.
