I run a small agency and have used this hotel several times for guests and they always love it. I've also personally stayed here a few times and only had great experiences. Mohamed from the reception desk does an amazing job at making the guests feel welcome. He handled everything so great for my last group - upgrading rooms when available, handling bags, and helping guest navigate their way around Marrakech with ease. The rooms are so cute, the breakfast is fantastic, and the rooftop pool is a lovely bonus!

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was luxurious and included a downstairs bedroom, as well as an upstairs suite - which perfectly suited our needs. The private pool was also great - a good size, clean and a pleasant temperature.

    First of all, the service was very nice and helpful at every step. Also nice and comfortable room. Excellent choice of food and drinks. Swimming pools OK. The only extra charge was SPA salon, the rest was included in the all-inclusive. We had a great holiday and would love to go back. Keep in mind that we were there in December, which is out of season and hotel was pretty quiet, but all services were still available - water park, food selection, live entertainment.

    The property is so beautiful and our 2 bedroom suite with a private pool was well appointed with excellent views. We felt welcomed immediately and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The staff booked tours, cars, dinners, and provided chargers for our electronics. The breakfast was incredible and our children looked forward to the hot cocoa and Moroccan crepes each morning. Again, we only wished that we had booked more time at this oasis.

    Everything! This was a wonderful stay for our friends wedding. We spent 3 nights, very quiet and relaxing ambient. I got allergies during the stay and kristy facilitated medicines to me. The breakfast is paid as all the food in the restaurant, and its excepcional. They even added a little cake and a candle for my partner's birthday.

    We had mad fun.

    We had mad fun. From the quad and camel rides at Agafay, to the boat rides at the water falls, and the scenic travels and horse trams in the medina. Oh, the fire bender at the dinner was exceptionally entertaining and deserves a raise LOL don’t forget to tip him please 🤓 Particularly enjoyed the Sea food fries at the big square ( if you are a seafood freak like me, ensure you try this ), the freshly squeezed fruit juices. Relatively easy to move around the city The kids didn’t want to leave Marrakech and would definitely love to visit again.

    It was amazing a fantastic nature and a quiet and relaxed place amazing for families. Staff were immaculate they would do anything within minutes! Rooms were clean and spacious you could book 1 room for a family of 5-6. Manager,Fatima, was a torch in the dark! She can speak 4 languages and is really nice.

    I loved everything about the villa and not far from the centre Stayed in the Medina previously on a few occasions but much preferred the peace and quiet I ate every night in the restaurant there Only down fall was I was only there for 4 nights

    I really don't understand why the people go in Morocco and general in the poor countries and they dont help the poor people there. The most of the tourists i see they just see the poor pepole and not help at all. This is pity.

    On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us

    On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us know if the room was ready! We waited two hours ordering two lattes in the meantime that definitely weren't lattes more like sugary coffee water with no milk we then went to check an they took us down there was no sun lounges on the cabin we booked which is advertised in the photos there was building work going on in the cabin behind us so we asked to get some loungers brought down so we had something to enjoy the sun in! Considering we paid £200 we waited maybe an hour before anyone came down there was cigarette butts around the pool that we had been checked into on our private room neither me nor my partner smoke so was dissapointed as we hate this. They then came down an told us to move cabin so we moved to the one in front hurrying to get our stuff back in suitcase and down to the second room forgetting some of our belongings we then go back to check if we left there an gone (someone had collected them an not informed us even though they literally moved us in the 10minute period so took some of our belongings to reception without telling us). Our new cabins half the decking had collapsed and fallen through and been covered up with a rug 3 floor boards we're sticking in the air that I tripped and hurt my ankle on. The new cabin had a bath with no bath Matt and no bath plug so it was a weird bath with a hand held shower which is difficult to wash in! We didn't really understand. The next day we had hairs in our food that we ordered I informed staff an they replaced the food I noticed another hair in the second food an couldn't be asked to complain again also the tea in the morning tasted like it had salt in! Either they didn't like us or the attention to detail really isn't there. Loooks great on Instagram an update at the view but the detail is missing things and the health an safety!

    History and culture were excellent.

    History and culture were excellent. There was so much to do, see and experience. The Architecture is fantastic. The people are very friendly and helpful. We felt safe throughout. It was easy to get around in taxis. If you stay in a RIAD you can see a lot on foot. The food was excellent and lots of fruit to buy and enjoy.
