- From $68.21 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very Good - What previous guests thought, 157 reviewsIt is our 2nd time in Maldives and we stayed in Azoush for 3 days. The guest house is located in Fulhadoo, Baa Atol, which is a sanctuary for a lot of marine life. It is 2 hrs by speedboat from Male - away from the touristy local islands. They have a beautiful resident reef and an area where you can see manta rays, sea turtles, colorful fishes and white sandbars. The local island is very peaceful, pristine and doesn't have much of a nightlife if you want your own private retreat. The highlight of our trip was actually our experience with Azoush guesthouse. Saman and his staff went above and beyond to provide us a memorable travel experience. They encouraged us to go on day trips and provided us reasonable prices as they have their own boat for excursions. The fishing trip and swimming with the manta rays that they have suggested will always be one of our core travel memories now in Maldives. They have a very generous breakfast plates, provided us with the complimentary fishing trip meal, coconut drinks and coffee when they feel that we need it after a long tiring day. They took us to the local beach with their golf cart and made us a short phone video on the fishing excursion that we had. The guest house is still currently 3 stars and there is an ongoing construction to make it a 5 star hotel. The room is spacious, a typical local Maldivian guest house and is very comfortable. The mosque next to it might be loud in the first early mornings but will be a music to your ears, later on, signaling the start of a new day. They have a stable wifi connection but on and off tv cable connection. You are on a trip on this beautiful island to disconnect and experience a new culture, right? This is truly an example of a 5-star service and experience without overspending. Everything is done perfectly and exceeded our expectations from communication with the hotel, during our stay and leaving that beautiful island.Guest review byJanL87United States
- From $2,760.32 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Excellent - What previous guests thought, 91 reviewsWe just spent five days at the Milaidhoo Resort and had a wonderful time. We had been in Milaidhoo already in 2018 and it was just as perfect as the first time. To us it felt like an unparalleled escape into luxury and tranquility. From the breathtaking ocean views to the impeccable service, every detail is meticulously crafted to create an unforgettable experience. We stayed in a water villa, which was spacious and had a wonderful and sophisticated decoration. We loved the water villa, as we come to the Maledives because of the water. The villa had beautiful sunset views! We found the restaurants are world-class (and we do not know of any hotel in the world that would have such a fantastic breakfast buffet!). A big thank you to Nazeer, Alfie and the entire restaurant team. We deeply enjoyed relaxing on the pristine beaches and swimming in the turquoise waters between the sandbanks. We did many snorkeling trips a few scuba diving trips and saw sharks, turtles, rays and a lot of other wonderful marine life. Zaeem, our diving guide, was an excellent instructor and made our dives truly memorable. Milhaidoo Resort surpassed all our expectations! It’s truly a slice of paradise. The Manager and his team are so gentle and kind, helpful and friendly. You feel truthfully welcome here in this paradise! We will definitely come back and can highly recommend this resort. It could not be any better. A special thanks to Akoo, who was always there to fulfill any of our strange wishes (such as finding sugarfree chewing gum somewhere in the Maldives and getting it to Milhaidoo…). Thank you so much to all of the „Milhaidoos“ for making our holiday unforgettable!Guest review byUrsulaGermany

I still love the villa where we lived. I want to thank our sommelier Shubham for a good experience of wine tasting. He told a lot of information about wine, which was so interesting and relevant to every glass of wine drunk. And thanks to Dmitry, our butler, a wonderful person and a golden worker, he made our vacation so that we really didn’t think about anything and enjoyed our stay on your beautiful island.Guest review byВалентинаRussia
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 315 reviewsWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort on the island in the Maldives. One of the aspects we appreciated most was the high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. Our room was exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed, providing a quiet and peaceful environment that allowed for complete relaxation. The dining experience was overall very good, although there is some room for improvement in terms of variety and refinement. That said, the service provided by the staff was truly outstanding. They were consistently professional, courteous, and attentive. We did not encounter a single issue during our stay — their dedication and hospitality were genuinely commendable.Guest review byAlexanderRussia

We liked almost everything.
We liked almost everything. Our vacation was relaxing and beautiful. The beach was perfect, with soft almost white sand and warm, clear blue water. The bungalow was was really cozy with sun set view. Snorkeling we saw sharks, turtles, so many amazing small fishes. And they were almost near our place. We had wonderful neighbors and made new friendships.Guest review byDaniela AntonovaSpain - 10.0

Expected Dharavandoo just to be a transit island with it's airport traveling to a resort nearby. We had chosen to spend a few days in the Biosphere guesthouse. The charming guesthouse itself, the wonderfull staff and the range of activities made us extend our stay with a few days. It's the perfect startingpoint for alot of affordeable (water) activities and also the island has alot to offer (inc nice beaches, snorkling spot's, sports- and playgrounds, restaurant (Krill is recomended!),... We spent new year's eve where the islands council arranges a memorable big party for tourists and residents.Guest review byC_OutriggerBelgium - 10.0
The beach is so clean without any plastics wastes and trash.
The beach is so clean without any plastics wastes and trash. The sand bank is so beautiful and waters are coming with so amazing colors. I believe everyone traveled to Fulhadhoo was amazed by its beauty and tranquility. I do wish Fulhadhoo keeps its identity as exquisite, exclusive and pure inhabited islands open for travelers without increasing any unnecessary commercials. Just one thing for this island, the East sand band is soooo beautiful with its own serenity but I don’t understand why almost every day someone is burning rubber trash nearby which makes the sunrise time and mid-noon amazing waters time so unpleasant.Guest review by鲁西西China - 10.0

Maalhos is the ultimate getaway for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Nestled in the Maldives, it offers breathtaking views that will make you want to linger forever. The island is a hidden gem, perfect for those seeking tranquility. Picture-perfect beaches stretch out before you, inviting you to unwind and soak in the natural beauty. The wild forest adds a sense of adventure, giving you the chance to explore and connect with nature in its purest form. The vibrant reef is a must-see, and it’s easily accessible right from the shore—perfect for snorkelers or anyone keen on diving into the rich marine life. What truly stands out about Maalhos, though, is the local community. The people are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to lend a helping hand. Their warmth and hospitality add a special touch that truly makes you feel at home. If you're after a peaceful escape, stunning scenery, and a welcoming community, Maalhos is the place to be. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking an idyllic, laid-back retreat!Guest review byPetya ValkovaBulgaria - 8.0

Fehendoo is beautiful but it is very remote and not much to do on the island. It is great for relaxing and having downtime. Definitely do snorkeling and scuba if you can. The fishing wasn't what I expected. It was more like going out and watching a local fisherman fish. The island is very small. You can walk it but bikes were the best way to get around. I wouldn't take small children. It would be best for a secluded adult getaway.Guest review byJasonUnited States - 10.0

Transfer disaster, we waited 3 hours instead of 1 hour after a very long journey. The beach is protected by sandbags, pieces of which can be found everywhere in the sea and on the beach. Waste water is released into the ocean, the reef is completely destroyed. Garbage is burned on the island, so it's smoky and stinky.Guest review byFodorHungary - 10.0
A beautiful island, lovingly maintained.
A beautiful island, lovingly maintained. Despite its age, it is in very good condition, clean and comfortable. We lived in room 222 - cozy and cool. Professional and friendly staff. All issues are resolved promptly and kindly. The food is beyond praise, a real culinary show. The reefs are alive, with diverse wildlife: sharks, turtles and fish. Nice live music. Special thanks to manager Nipun for his warm and professional support.Guest review byAngelikaLuxembourg - 10.0
Amazing stay for one day after diving livaboard trip.
Amazing stay for one day after diving livaboard trip. Walking around was really relaxing as this island is QUIET! Personal highlights were playing volleyball with the locals (free court with lights, started at 9 and we went on until midnight!). Also Coral Boutique is a must visit - blue whale bones, and owner is super interesting to talk to! Don't leave the island without visiting the store! DFC for food is a must.Guest review byBogga SnrUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Fulhadoo is the most beautiful, unspoiled local island that welcomes all types of travelers to truly appreciate the beauty of Maldives without the crowds, fanciness of any resorts, yet you can experience the hospitality, the beautiful ocean at an affordable price.
