- From $2,767.05 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.7Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 117 reviewsWe had an unforgettable stay at One&Only, and it was made even more special thanks to the incredible team who went above and beyond at every turn. Maricel at the souvenir shop was truly outstanding—warm, attentive, and proactive, she helped us find the perfect keepsakes with genuine care and thoughtful service. Eugene, our Villa Host, was simply the best. Always present yet never intrusive, he ensured everything flowed smoothly, from small comforts to special requests. But the true highlight of our trip was the dive experience with Mo. He brought the ocean to life, guiding us through exhilarating encounters with manta rays and reef sharks, and even helping us upgrade our PADI licenses to adventure dives. His passion, expertise, and calm presence underwater made it a memory we’ll carry forever. Every member of the One&Only staff contributed to the magic of our stay. From start to finish, we felt welcomed, cared for, and truly at home in paradise. Thank you all for the experience of a lifetime.Guest review byKrystlePhilippines
- From $476.19 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Excellent - What previous guests thought, 1,265 reviewsWe chose Bandos for the house reef, planning to dive from a cheaper base (Maafushi). We were not disappointed! Apart from the coral which is largely clumps (from tourists walking on it?) the reef was outstanding. We regularly saw turtles - up to five in a morning - various rays including a mobula (like a small manta). Early morning seemed best, but anytime there were simply masses of fish. The hotel itself was fabulous - everything we'd wished for. However, another time we'd probably just have bed and breakfast to try the various restaurants. Nothing wrong with the Gallery which you're locked in to, but the price difference would be negligible and the others looked fabulous.Guest review byJamesUnited Kingdom
- From $693.69 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 2,322 reviewsA beautiful sea view, fascinating colour of the sea, peaceful atmosphere. The entire staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, helping with local tips and making our stay comfortable. Special thanks to Rejin, Akshay and Geethika (restaurant staff) who provided excellent, attentive service throughout our stay. Their lovely smiles, high professionalism and kindness made our dining experience memorable. Huge thanks to Rejin, our waiter who made us feel at home. Our thanks to the buggy drivers for their friendliness and helpfulness.Guest review byVardanushArmenia

Will forever remember the water, the sand, and the breathtaking views from our upgraded Overwater villa, in which we received an upgrade in our meal package as well… food was healthy and excellent . Staff, namely Fathi, Maath and Zian were world class and made u feel completely welcome !Guest review byCesar APhilippines
- From $610 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Excellent - What previous guests thought, 238 reviewsI checked so many hotels before going to Maldives and most of them were quiet far and overpriced. Transfer from airport cost more than the actual price you pay for one night stay. But Adaaran Club Rannalhi was the only hotel I came across with reasonable price for transferring from airport to the hotel. Only cost me 160 dollars by ferry both ways.Guest review byFathima HaiqaSri Lanka

One of the most beautiful places in the world.
One of the most beautiful places in the world. Wherever you look, you'll find postcard worthy landscape. The ocean was very clean, ideal for snorkling and apparently it was a good spot for surfing as well. All in all, a must see.Guest review byÁkosHungary - 10.0

Maafushi is, overall, a great place – the people are friendly and welcoming. The weak point is definitely the services. When it comes to hotels, don’t expect luxury. In my opinion, for what you actually get, it’s overpriced. One big plus is that Maafushi gives you more freedom. You’re not tied to a resort – you can move around, explore, go jogging if you want, and enjoy the island on your own terms. You can book trips easily, there’s stuff to do, and it doesn’t feel restrictive.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

Hulhumale despite being busy like the rest of Male has an airy feel to it with lots of greenery - almost colonial. The East side is quiet for traffic although it's close to the seaplane flight paths - I didn't find that intrusive. The West side has the harbour with the ferry terminal and where the liveaboards anchor between trips. When I was there there had been a lot of recent building work so I would avoid staying there. Lots of options for buying fresh fruit and vegentables if you need and a range of places to eat at different price ranges.Guest review byNigelUnited Kingdom - 10.0

I loved the proximity to Male for ease of arrival and departure. I also loved looking at the city lights from afar, whilst being separated by stunningly turquoise waters and the gentle sounds of lapping waves. The marine life in the lagoon was plentiful and beautiful, and I had many marine visitors near my villa at all hours of the day. The snorkelling with sharks-excursion was probably the single best experience, but the resort itself was the star of the whole experience. The quality of the villa (amazing bed, wonderful toiletries from L'Occitane, the view, the constant refill of free fresh water and Nespresso coffee) and the rest of the resort (amazing food, world-class spa) was the stuff of holiday dreams!Guest review byInaNorway - 10.0
We LOVED Dhiffushi!
We LOVED Dhiffushi! A real taste of a local island, the thing that struck us was how quiet and peaceful it was. We wandered everywhere on foot and loved that the roads are all sand. We were there in monsoon season and experienced some storms but they were short and everyone just gets on with stuff. There was some rubbish washed up on the non-hotel beach areas but most hotels keep their areas spotless. Both bikini beaches were absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend Dhiffushi as a real gem of a local island. As an added bonus, we could not believe how cheap everything was too!Guest review byClannyUnited Kingdom - 10.0

I absolutely loved my time in Thulusdhoo - my first time in the Maldives! I feel I picked a fabulous island to spend 4 days of relaxation and calmness following a busy elective healthcare placement. The island was so beautiful and peaceful. The beaches were so clean, white sands, the water was crystal clear, all sun-loungers free to use and very friendly locals and business owner stalls, businesses, and restaurants. A couple I met whilst away also got engaged on sunset beach with the most beautiful backdrop (a real must to visit during the evenings)! Plenty of places to choose from to eat - from beach bars to evening dining. I went to Juice Bench every day for lunch, the staff were so kind and smiley and the food was delicious and fresh. I also ate dinner at Indulge (10/10 pizza!), Cafe Bandaha for dinner, amazing tikka masala curry and the freshest apple juice! (Breakfast was included in my hotel - Eden Blue - which I also highly recommend!). I took two excursions with Baani Watersports - first the reef shark and stingray trip, which was absolutely amazing! The second trip was the sandbank and turtles trip, again - amazing! The team were very friendly, fun, and ensured we were looked after throughout. They took fabulous photo's of us all on their gopro which they sent to us afterwards free of charge. I also found their pricing very competitive! Getting around the island is easy peasy. I walked every day, it is quite small so can be easily lapped in around 45 minutes of strolling. People were also using mopeds and bicycles. I also received a complementary shuttle service from the ferry port to my accommodation and back which was a very welcomed bonus. Overall, the island is wonderful, the people are so lovely, and I'm SO glad I picked this island to spend my 4 days! I hope to be back one day soon - perhaps with someone next time so I have a companion in the evenings when it's a little quieter!Guest review byLaurenL97United Kingdom - 8.0

It is a really peaceful island with a really nice beach. Beach has almost that resort level quality to it. Island is small, so besides water activities or some excursions, there is not much to do, so for some travelers it might get boring.Guest review byVladimirSerbia - 10.0

Guraidhoo - ferry every day and easy to reach from Male, not so busy yet, not yet ugly concrete big buildings, bikini beach is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. White soft sand with turquoise warm water and sandy shore for fantastic swimming and walking on the sandbar - great for kids too, sunbeds and good cafe on the beach, there are corals and ship wreck for snorkeling and not to forget the shark feeding place - simply amazing to watch sharks and rays - great entertainment for the evening. There are great restaurants with fantastic prices. This island is amazing choice !Guest review byDarinaSlovakia - 6.0

We only had 4 days and picked Huraa because it is close to the airport. A very bad choice. The island is absolutely not nice, full of trash, nothing is taken care of, even the bikini beach was a huge disappointment, dirty, broken sunbeds, only 6 umbrellas. No cafes, restaurants anywhere. The only nice place on the entire island is the Pearl Sands. It is a hotel, but you can pay a daypass to use their beautiful private beach including a very a good lunch. That place saved our vacation.Guest review byanitaGermany
