The clerk was very helpful and polite. The room was perfectly clean. Everything was in order. It was quiet and I felt very safe.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city making it very convenient to reach anywhere on foot. The hotel is lovely and the staff are really friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast is plentiful with a large choice of different food. The hotel is very comfortable and although the hotel has quite a number of rooms and it was quite busy it is very quiet.

It is located in a quiet area of the city and easily accessible from public transport . It was flexible with checking in before time so that we didn’t have to walk around with our bags.

The hotel was conveniently located just a 5-minute ride by public transport from the train station. After completing a 12-hour Norway in a Nutshell tour, we were grateful to relax into the hotel's comfortable beds and enjoy a restful night's sleep. The room was very spacious, too. While the breakfast offerings were somewhat repetitive—a common theme we noticed across the Scandinavian capitals—the food was tasty and the service consistently friendly. The Flybussen to the pier or airport stops right outside the hotel, and we found all major attractions within easy walking distance.

Central location & fabulous breakfast buffet

The wonderful hotel is located in the center. Bus and railway stations are nearby. Maritime museum is nearby. The city is very comfortable and cozy. People are friendly. About the hotel: the rooms are clean, the interior is modern, there is a mini kitchen on the first floor, and a room for rest and waiting. There is a storage room, which is very convenient when you have already exhausted yourself, but there is still time before the train or the plane and you want to walk around the city. The staff is friendly and ready to help at any time. I recommend!!!

Excellent location and great breakfast

The location was central - close to restaurants, main attractions in Bergen and public transport. The staff were extremely helpful in all respects. Breakfast was very good. We stayed in a large room for 4 people with a park view in which an additional bed was added (we were 5 in total: 2 adults and 3 Kids). The view over the park and lake was amazing.

The room I stayed in at your hotel was truly wonderful. Every day I stayed there, I felt so comfortable and happy, and that is exactly why I chose this hotel again. It was honestly excellent — truly excellent
