I love the facilities almost everyting and everyone, except the poor lighting in the room. Some lights are not working, some plugs are not working too, Lampshed switches, no separate switch dedicated solely, Remote Control not working for the digi Box. Maintnenance personnel should check everything in the room everytime a guest may check in or check out to make sure everything is working properly.

My girlfriend stayed there for 2 months after a surgery and they did everything they could to make her stay as much as comfortable. She was very happy and wanted to stay more but unfortunately my budget cannot afford. The staff are super polite, the do a very good cleaning and they make sure you have have everything you need. Comparing with other hotels they have a very cheap price (less than half percent comparing with similar hotels), I recommend booking in advance otherwise you won't find rooms available. The mattress was too good, I used to complain to my girl for sleeping too much like 12-13 hours :) I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, you won't regret staying there.

I love the beachfront location. The architectural building and design. The staff are all attentive to our needs, friendly and professional. The owners Mr. & Mrs. Gomez are friendly, accommodating and very hardworking and great listeners. And even recommended some places and activities to do. Obviously, a great manager here who knows how to run a hotel! The staff let us check in early and were so very kind and professional with sincere, nice smiles! Excellent breakfast with "real" coffee, not instant coffee like many hotels do here in the Philippines. Had in-room security safe included. Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi. Stayed here 3 days and everything exceeded my expectations! Wonderful large room, so clean and comfy bed with lots of soft pillows. Nice balcony to stand outside and look at the mountains. The air conditioner worked to keep the room cool. Large clean bathroom with a nice, big tub. Great shower with hot water and strong water flow! Felt so welcome and appreciated here. The room was cleaned and replenished with amenities every day by very energetic, hard-working housekeeping gentlemen. Many hotels won't clean the room if staying multiple days, but here at Le Charme Suites, they give you their very best! I rarely rate hotels as good as this and would not say all this if it wasn't true. Definitely awesome value here and will come back next trip to Olongapo!

This was my first visit to the Philippines. This hotel is located in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Olongapo City. There is a pool and free breakfast was available at a little cafe next store. The hotel had WiFi as well. The room was clean and comfortable, but what stands out the most is the excellent customer service. Celine and Andrea were very helpful and pleasant.
