very clean hotel at a very good price, including breakfast, free parking in front of the hotel, 10 minutes walk to the historic center, very attentive friendly staff, has elevator and good internet, if you don't .The hotel has a swimming pool outside, a great view of Silves Castle and the historic district, from the 2nd floor you can see the river and the storks and their nests

The hotel is spacious, clean and bright. It has a huge lobby, which gives the impression of an open, welcoming space. The rooms are large, as are the bathrooms. It is clean, bright and very comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious, with a huge selection to suit everyone’s tastes. We particularly enjoyed our first stay in the room with a view of the ocean and the garden.

The hotel is very clean and neat and staff is great. The staff at the reception was very professional and helpful with our room change. The staff at the restaurant was also very helpful every time we had a question or a request. Bartenders were also really nice and kind. Animators did a great job with all the programmes and activities, they were very kind, nice, and active. It was good to see how many families stay at the hotel with their children and having a great time thanks to the great staff. Thank you very much for the professional and kind staff that made our stay even more relaxing and cheerful. The hotel and all the facilities are great, we really enjoyed our stay! Fantastic view to the ocean, great room, amazing swimming pools, restaurant and bars and the ocean is just a few minutes away. Thank you very much for everything! We hope to go back another time soon!

Amazing place in the heart of Lagos

After we have arrived to the property we have realised that we had booked mezonet. Perfect! Clean, nice equipped and quiet. The location was great, hotel is on the beach so we could hear roaring ocean.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly receptionist on check-in and very comfortable with a great balcony. Nice quiet location and not far at all from great sections of the coast.

Locations is just the dream. Our flights were massively delayed we didn't arrive until 3.30 am and the night porter was so helpful. The back rooms have zero view but are comfortable, we got a reasonable upgrade. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. Staff were so helpful and pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, just a short distance from one of the best beaches and very close to Albufeira Old Town. It was also a great base for exploring nearby cities and enjoying beautiful landscapes and activities, all within a short drive. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and a special mention goes to the cleaning ladies, who did an amazing job keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. The staff were also incredibly attentive, friendly, smiley, and accommodating. A special thank you to Yassine, who gave us the best attention and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was another plus — very good, fresh, and with a decent variety to start the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

The hotel was amazing . Beautiful scenery and exceptionally clean. But more importantly the staff amazing. They were the most helpful and friendly staff I. Have ever experienced in 20 years of staying in hotels . I will definitely be returning next year.

I was on holidays in Albufeira from May 29 to June 2. Although I was initially concerned due to some reviews, I ended up being very pleased with my stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and customer-oriented, always ready to help. My room was quite large (situated on the 3rd floor, reception floor, offering views of the old city and the ocean). It had a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a safe (available for an additional fee). The room was clean and comfortable, and it was cleaned every day (contrary to some reviews claiming otherwise). The breakfast was really good, enough food to choose what to eat. Just a recommendation to add some vegetables. The location is really excellent! There are restaurants, bars, shops, and a pharmacy nearby, and access to the beach is just a three-minute walk from the hotel. Perfect! Regarding comments about the “mountainous terrain” and the “difficult climb to the hotel”: Albufeira is situated in a rocky area with lots of descents and ascents. If you have difficulty walking or have musculoskeletal problems, you might need to choose another city. As for noise, I generally can recommend everyone to have earplugs at any trip to avoid issues with sleeping. It's clear, that if you want to stay close to the city center, the beach, bars, and restaurants in a resort town, you should be prepared for its nightlife. If you are not, then better to choose a quiet family hotel on the outskirts of the city, where it will be peaceful, but you'll need a taxi to get to all the party spots. So, can say, that I was delighted with my holidays in Albufeira and this hotel. If I ever return, I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

this hotel ist just amazing - the view is gorgeous and there are so many spots you can spend your time inside and outside the house. the room is very clean, modern and comfortable. we were welcomed so warm and got even pralines to our room as a small welcome gift, they came with a handwritten card- these are the small details that make you fall in love with a place ♡ the breakfast is super nice as well - there's everything you can wish for. we will come back for sure!!

We were only there for 4 days and could not fault it in any way the staff were so nice attending our eircom broke the day before we went home thet had someone up to the room straight away they asked what could they do for us as we were just feeling the cold we just said a few more blankets be fine and they rang ys back leave all our stuff there choice of 2 rooms and full dinner for the inconvience the dinner was fab we really eenjoyed it and left the staff a tip then as we changed rooms our daughter left her purse with her money in it and there sending it home to ireland free of charge we offered to pay for postage and thry said no they would cover it now i have to say 110% recommend this hotel and if were back we will stay in this hotel again it was spotless clean the indoor pool my daughter loved i used the gym the bar is stunning its lovely warm welcome hotel deffinately stay here and if have kids mc donalds and kfc across the road and theres a shopping centre 3 mis walk and lovely 2 thanks to everyone at the vila gale hotel yee werw truly amazing from the botton of our hearts room 32i0 janice fergal amelia kearney xxx 25th to the 29th of january 2025 x
