Beautiful location, amazing resort with exceptional service. We made so many requests, and they were all fulfilled by the hotel staff with smiles on their faces. From extra heaters to arranging a bonfire/barbecue grill. Splendid experience.
Very nice location of accommodation which is very closed to the tourism spots.
Staff behavior was respectful specially Mr. Mohammed.
Very cooperative as well.

My stay in Makkah was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. There is no place in the world that brings peace to the heart the way Makkah does. Also regarding our stay in Every moment near the Haram felt special and unforgettable. Our stay in hotel was pleasant and the staff was very great and helped us with parking.

I like Jeddah,it's beautiful city, has old and new that what I like about Jeddah, I like the red sea 🌊 I used to spend longer time in jeddah when I was a little girl,jeddah corniche is beautiful, I could set for hours there, The only problem is the heat and humidity in summer but if you travel in winter, you would enjoyed jeddah more, I have no problem with the weather but some people do,especially if they come from cold countries, There is many activities in jeddah to do with families, from visiting the old souq,Al Balad,to diving in the red sea or hair a boat for a day, to try some of the delicious local food,love for Jeddah.

Variety of foods and very tasty. Khayal restaurant is very nice and highly recommended. Moving around is very easy especially using Careem (similar to Grab). The drivers are very accommodating to our request.

The receptionist ask me we are for checkout after 3 days of checkin even still we have 5 days remaining in our booking and he argue with us i show him the reciept of my booking then he realized its not us and he even not say sorry for us.And the bathroom is so dirty we are the one clean and kettle is not working we need to tell them not working

Although its near to haram mosque in google maps or booking maps but roads are closed due to masar haram project
U need an hour to reach haram from hotel and hotel shuttle bus will drop u at a tunnel which u have to walk for around 2kms

Hotel is in a narrow, uphill dead end street hard to reach,, it is only 15 mins away but slope makes it difficult, Shuttle service is not reliable, very limited food options in breakfast and dinner (arabic taste only), no good food options available around the hotel.

It's good to have a place to stay where staff are accommodating and people nearby the location are great which they were of our same nationality(actually some of them) so at least to inquire for some info since we were a first time visit on the said place

I came for Umrah from Riyadh by road, it was a good facility at Taif Meeqat & then staying in Mellinium hotel for two nights. Car parking was good & easily accessible but i could not taste hotel menu and there are no good restaurants around the hotel by walk.
Hotel staff & facilities are good.

Not going to lie , the whole point of travelling there is to have good time near the sea with my family , less crowded placed more special family time near the sea but the problem is almost no resorts at all near the sea , and the only one is very very expensive at least in booking.com I couldn't find any , kinda looking forward to see the sandy beaches but non of that were present , the unnecessary traffic from some drivers , some of the cars on the street were in a really bad shape I can't believe how are they permitted to drive .. was kinda looking for some families/kids areas but I couldn't find any maybe it was due to my lack of research .. I liked the sea food I'd love to see more of the fine sea food cuisines since the sea food is so fresh and delicious , I didn't like how the touring boats are blasting music kinda make sitting to watch the sunset kinda noisy and not relaxing
