Location of hotel is superb. It has one of the best beach on Praslin. Rooms have big balconies from which you have so nice view on the bay bellow. Food is very good and dinner is realy special experience having in mind that you are eating just few meters from the beach. Staff is friendly and well organised, specialy restaurant staff. There is always enough space on the parking for those who want to rent a car. Overal hotel is good choice as a comfortable and good base for those who want an active vacation and explore the island.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the pool. There was a very convenient pizza place right down the road from the hotel so food was always nearby! The hotel staff were very kind and helpful and always ready to help you with any odd request you might have. We personally didn’t hire a car but we witnessed another couple being helped with everything relating to the car rental. Breakfast was simple but good and filling. All in all would recommend for anyone staying in Praslin looking for some good value for money.

Very warm welcome! Natascha and her team are very attentive and happy to inform you about the island. Room is big and view is stunning, especially when the sun sets. Enjoy a drink for sunset on one of the sunbeds…absolutely peaceful! The breakfast and the dinner at the own restaurant are super delicious, service was always lovely. Who wants to explore the islandy by car, can rent one right at the hotel. We really suggest you to stay at the Palm Beach Hotel if you want to experience cozy amd relaxing days in Praslin.

Wonderfull villa for our group of 6, with a large terrace and a view to the sea. Villa was very clean and beautifully decorated. Air conditioning in each room was highly appreciated. Wonderful garden. Hotel is well managed and personel is very kind and considerate. We received multiple advices that really helped us enjoy Praslin. Perfect location close to all necessary shops and excursions. Wonderful swimming pool - small but big enough to enjoy it properly - with a breathtaking view to the sea.

Nathalie and her team are just amazing. she organized a lot of things for us (organized rental car, anse georgette entrance etc.), helped us, gave us fresh fruits and was always super polite and friendly. The Apartment itself was really spacious and super super clean. We were always provided with new towels and Timm service was every two days! All in all we had the best stay on Praslin you can ever imagine! when we are coming sometime back to Praslin we will definitely stay again with Nathalie!

This place is simply marvellous. The proximity to the sea and the breathtaking view from the terrace made our staying in Praslin truly memorable.You go to sleep with the lullaby of the ocean and you wake up with the first morning sunlight making it way trough the bedroom window. The location is perfect for a secluded relaxation, close to some nice beach and facing one of the best snorkeling points we have seen in whole Seychelles (we were able to spot sea turtles each time we went for a swim).

For people who will booking this villa: guys, it’s very simple Villa and rooms, just bed & breakfast. We stayed for a week. Everything is simple and please, don't have high expectations. This is a great budget villa for the Seychelles. But the host and staff are excellent.

We spent 4 fantastic days in Praslin in Treasure island retreat. We liked it very much. Apartment is very close to the ocean. You fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. Apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The territory is not very big but cosy and functional. You can barbeque, sunbathing on the territory. Also there is a parking. Karen and Janet are very hospitable and attentive. They are trying to make guest’s accommodation comfortable and safe.

The location and surroundings of the resort was amazing. I felt like I was in the middle of the nature and saw crabs, tortoises and a lot of different birds all the time! I love that they’re taking care of the nature and I’d recommend doing the tour with Robert who explains about the endemic flora and fauna and takes care of sea turtle eggs! The staff was also very helpful and nice and especially Tony who drove us around and answered all our questions about Praslin.

Perfect location - most beautiful beach in Praslin is just few steps from apartment!You can’t go wrong with this place - everything was amazing! You can really feel like at home because of the peoples which are working there! No words needed - everything was perfect! Highly recommended!

If in Praslin this apartment is a MUST! The location in so close to the ferry, and a perfect starting point to anywhere on the island. You get from here to the most far part in just 25min. Apartment was so clean, new, well furnished, well equipped, wifi was working fast etc. Not to mention the approachability and quick response for ANYTHING we needed with the hosts. From organizing tours to making reservations. It was just 10/10.

excellent place to stay in Praslin - our 2 bedroom apartment was extremely spacious, kitchen was well equipped, rooms were big, clean and there were lot of amenities and everything a guest might need during the stay, we also had lovely big terrace. it was excellent value for money. we also loved the pool and the owner was very polite and staff was kind and friendly. we wish we stayed longer! I highly recommend this place

The rustic design of the hotel with lots of wood makes it stand out but this is not the only thing. The bungalows are very spacious, the garden around them is beautiful, the restaurant is very good and everyone around Praslin swarms of their buffet. The family running it and all the staff are very warm and welcoming people. You can feel that they have every detail taken care of.

We liked everything. For sure this is the best location on Praslin Island. In front of the apartment you will find the nices beach in Praslin. Long, white sand, beautiful water, palm trees. Gorgeous for swimming, walking or just chilling. Apartment is very big, fully equipped, very clean and has a gorgeous view from balcony if you take sea view. We will definitely come back.

The area is not a holiday resort HOWEVER the whole apartmant area is very demanding, brand new, quiet, high standard rooms, clean, safe, very european feeling. We would have extended our stay here if we hadnt had a reservation in mahé that was unable to cancel for free. This apartment was an absolute fav during our 2 weeks in the Seychelles (been to La Digue, Praslin, Mahe)

very lovely location with Ocean view and very supportive staff. although the Island was fully booked and we recieved refusals from 5 rental car companies they somehow arranged us a car (which you definitely need on Praslin). WiFi surprisingly good for Seychelles. breakfast and restaurant with awesome views and very tasty (they serve poached eggs). amazing garden

Rey and Mina was excellent host, very friendly and helpful. In the fridge was same basic things (eggs, jam, milk, bread , juice) for the breakfast. Apartment is very clean as well and outside space garden, yard and pool area. Everything is new and very well equipped. If we are coming back in Praslin again will choose Palm Holiday Apartments for our stay.

It was great. We would and will book it again when we come back to the Seychelles! Nicole and her team are very kind and welcoming. The view and the atmosphere on the teracce is undescribable. It is a great start point to explore Praslin by car or bus and does also have a nice beach just across the street (1 mintue walk). We loved it! Thank you, Nicole!

The apartments are modern. the location is perfect with a view of the ocean. The apartments are cleaned every day. Andre is a very freandly host. He arranges everything you need. You can also rent a car at their place and get it delivered to the airport, so there is no need of taxis. Exotic guest house is the only place to stay in Praslin.

All was amazing. The rooms are small villas facing the beach. The beach is incredible and quiet. The staffing friendly and kind. The General Manager, Marco, very helpful and professional. The restaurant has one of the best fishes we had in the island. I would recommend anyone who wants to go to Praslin this hotel.
