Location was great, walking distance to main train station and 2 subway stops. Night market in the area. Great shopping. Breakfast was varied, good, but quite expensive if you are a moderate eater. The staff are warm and welcoming, creating such a friendly vibe that I felt right at home. They even stayed beyond their working hours to share suggestions on locations and touristy areas to visit. The rooms are spotless, and the air conditioning works like a charm, which was a relief after spending the day out in the heat. I made plenty of new friends here, thanks to the great social atmosphere.

The staff’s customer service is extraordinary — from the front desk tram to the bellhoppers. They were kind, hospitable and extremely helpful — made us feel like VIPS. I also had the best sleep in my trip in this hotel — loved the mattress and the sheets. This hotel is also centrally located, close to a metro station and close to the things we wanted to see and experience in Taipei.

I like the modern and simple design of the room, especially the work-out tools that were put inside. I like the coffee and fruits at the front desk, and the super friendly staff too. I like the location, within walking distance to National Taiwan University, close to Seven-Eleven and Starbucks, where I ate and worked and wrote.

    Great transport and easy to move around.

    Great transport and easy to move around. Based in Taipei and I took day trips such as Sun Moon Lake and the Yehliu-Shifen-Jiufen to some places of interest. Stayed 3 days at Beitou - love the hot spring bath in my hotel room and had relaxing time. Attended 3 days of silent retreat at Pingxi too.

    Taipei is wonderful! So much to see, do, eat and buy!

    Taipei is wonderful! So much to see, do, eat and buy! The only thing I would change is probably not go in the hottest time of the year end of July to August. Public transportation is fantastic. Super easy, affordable and clean.
