It was so beautiful clean and neat after coming back from the bush holiday, it was so amazing, even met Prince the owner who is an amazing person who is hands on with his customers, he is so helpful, helped us get tours sorted out, the restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful, made sure we’re were sorted out, the rooms were clean and neat, I cannot faulter with anything, I would definitely go back there, the best hospitality I have experienced,

Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds, large comfy rooms and really friendly helpful staff. The pool is great and there are Vervet monkeys running around the property, as well as lots of cool birds and plants/trees.

The accommodation is very private and spacious and the staff are wonderful😀....it's most convenient to the airport

The property was very nice to just enjoy and relax. To walk around the coffee plantation, see the waterfalls and gardens of property. The sunset and food on the rooftop was excellent

They offer storage service while on safari, and the food from the restaurant is delicious and well priced. I will stay here again and recommend Bright Star to others who visit Arusha!

Breakfast buffet was delicious, also eggs any style made to order, including omelettes. Lots of fruit. We also had a few dinners, which were very tasty, especially the soups. All the staff were absolutely amazing, cheerful and eager to help with anything. Our suite was spacious and extremely clean, with high quality bedding and towels. We had a wonderful stay before and after our safari, as well as upon our return from Zanzibar. Extra luggage not needed between these trips was safely stored for us by the resort. Amazing service throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and supportive throughout our visit. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the food was tasty. There were more female staff than male staff, but everyone was incredibly helpful. They even assisted us with carrying our luggage to our rooms, which we really appreciated. I’ll also be uploading videos from our trip to YouTube. You can watch them on TravelFit by Manju. Overall, a pleasant experience with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended! 👍

The staff were lovely at this hotel and very helpful. Excellent location, we easily walked into Arusha. Breakfast choices were excellent and all meals were had during our stay were very good. With wine and beer at the bar very well priced. Wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.
