The staff were extremely friendly and chatty when we arrived. We were upgraded to a giant room that was impressive - I felt like I wanted to stay more than one night! The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent - had more than we needed. The car park was big enough for us to park our car in and it was free - which was a bonus. Have already recommended this hotel to other friends thinking of coming to Lancaster.

We are frequent flyers at the bird in hand inn! We love it. The pools, the playground, sports courts, petting zoo (even though the llamas got an attitude 🤣🤣) .. the whole atmosphere is amazing.

Perfect location and wonderful accommodations I would highly recommend

It’s so cute and perfect for kids with the themed rooms. My kids loved the 'boat' bunk beds and enjoyed the pool and the playground. The staff saw us hanging by the lake and lit a small bonfire to keep us warm

Deana at front desk was a pleasure. Deana's highlighting of features ie. breakfast, ice machine location helpful. The text message received after getting into our room asking if any problems was another highlight of the customer service. Especially liked absence of carpet in the rooms and appreciated the little touch like a night light in the bathroom. Cleanliness was top notch. Enjoyed the fresh made pancakes at breakfast as per Deana's recommendation. The generous amount of seating in lobby allowed us to relax with our friends before retiring. Well done Tru by Hilton!!

My second time at this hotel and if I ever get back to the area I will definitely book it for a third. Everything was amazing from the staff to the beds and showers. Highly recommend

Absolutely enjoyable! One of the best accommodations I have had while traveling in a long time! Say goodbye to the typical hotel "feel". The Cork Factory history created such a rustic but elegant ambiance. The rooms were spacious, bathroom modern, beds high end. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing and great service. I will no longer look at other places in Lancaster. This is it!.

The room was very comfortable and clean, The bed was very comfortable. We loved the walk-in shower. We came to Lancaster to go to Sight & Sound. The hotel was only about 10 minutes away and it was convenient to other sites and shopping. We also enjoyed DJ's Diner next door for breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.
