United StatesEverything was wonderful from the staff to the food and the comfortable room. We didn’t get to use the pool but I heard some people sitting next to us with kids said it was great. The breakfast was really good and the staff very accommodating. The rooms were so spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with essentials. The bathroom was very top notch and the shower was amazing.

This hotel was exactly as I expected, clean comfortable and affordable. affordability anywhere is becoming very hard to come by. I appreciate a place like Franconia notch motel, the hidden gem is behind the motel. I wanted peace, quiet, easy excess to trails and that's what I got. The staff was polite and my room was clean. I would absolutely stay again. I stayed for 4 nights in room 4. no it was not the Hilton but I would not have been able to spend four nights in the mountains at an affordable rate, as you see Lincoln is fast becoming an unaffordable place for the average person, but yet over here on route 3 you can still find clean comfortable rooms at an affordable price.

View from thw room was amazing! Room was larger than i expected. Perfect size kitchen to make a great meal for my family. Loved the bathroom set up with 2 sets of sinks and doors (jack n jill style). Pool was large and not too cold. Hot tub was very large. Game room was affordable. Didn't use thw gym but very nice looking, clean and many options.

My family has been coming here for the last few years for Christmas. We love the stovetop that allows us to cook a nice meal. This year my car wouldn't start twice due to the cold and a wonderful woman. who works there (didn't catch her name) came to the rescue both times to jump it.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though we made our reservation last-minute and checked in very late at night, they welcomed us with kindness and made the process smooth. The room was clean and the location was convenient for exploring the White Mountains.

This site was selected for us to spend time at the Loon Mtn...
This site was selected for us to spend time at the Loon Mtn Highland Games. It was a perfect location, well kept, and had several amneties we enjoyed (pool/sauna/hot tub). It is located in the center of downtown Lincoln where there are plentiful shops, dining and activities. Especially liked the shuttle service for the Lodge so we didn't need to hop/off the larger more crowded buses.

There are so many things to do for families in this area -...
There are so many things to do for families in this area - Clarks Bears, Whales Tale Water Park, Lost River Gorge, Flume Gorge, Loon Mountain, Cascade Falls, and so much more. The Kangamangus is right there and there are some great places to stop along the way.

I Love just looking at the Mountains, trees & rivers. Going to Clarks Trading Post for the day. If you like adventures, there's Loon Mountain & Alpine adventures you can try. If you like to get really wet, there's Whale's Tales water park you spend the day at. Of course there's a few souvenir shops. To eat, they have Mcdonalds, Dunkin, Pizza & Hamburger places, Ice cream, and my favorite, Woodstock Brewery Restaurant. It's so good!! Breakfast also. lol

We enjoyed hiking the area's well-maintained, clearly marked trails and taking in the beautiful scenery. Highlights included walking through Flume Gorge and visiting Clark's Bears and the Basin.
