New Hampshire is always a favorite place to visit. The mountains and streams are beautiful, especially in the fall. Lincoln has lots of interesting little shops, a good variety of places to eat and some typical "tourist attractions". I particularly enjoy the hiking, camping and other natural attractions. If attending a major event, like the Highland Games, be prepared for parking away from the event and dealing with very large crowds. However, the shuttle buses that were used for the Games worked great and saved a lot of gas and frustration.

The area is great for couples or families. There are plenty of beaches to visit, the views are beautiful and there are lots of places to eat, get a cocktail, etc. Our favorite restaurant is the Laconia Local Eatery - delicious food and cocktails! The Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion is minutes away and is a lovely place to see a concert. We've been to Weir's Beach two years in a row and are planning to make it an annual trip.

Lincoln is a great location to make your "home...
Lincoln is a great location to make your "home base" while visiting the Franconia Notch area in NH. It is within 5 minutes of many great hiking trails, and 15 minutes from the Cannon Mountain Tram (which I highly recommend!). The views from the top of Cannon Mountain are truly breathtaking. The scenic Kangamangus Highway is right there as well! There are many great local restaurants and ice cream shops close by. We had so much fun, our family is already planning our next trip to Lincoln and the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

The hotel was close to attractions of new hampshire. Definitely going back every fall. The sceneries are beautiful. Quite peaceful town and a must to go for relaxation or trip with the family and friends. Food is not issue. There will always be a resto somewhere.

Lived in New Hampshire for 16 years and moved back home to east end of Long Island. Portsmouth is my favorite location and a stunning town. I am unhappy about how built up it has become however. Too many hotels and condos.

Nice area in New Hampshire... Pool was too far from room and not in the property... Other outside hotel groups were in the pool.. Way too crowded! We were looking for a quiet weekend in the pool but it was chaos! We couldn't go in it one night!😡

I travel a lot and New Hampshire is my favorite when it comes to fall (autumn) trips. Strictly Moose is now in my favorite places to stay in NH. Cleanliness, friendly hosts, excellent value for money, much better than regular hotel chains. Great location in the heart of White Mountains - Close to Mt Wash Auto Road, Pinkham Notch, several state parks and hiking trails. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this place.

Jackson is an awesome little town in New Hampshire, with amazing views. The people at The Shannon Pub we're very inviting, and you can tell it's a very close nit community, which only adds to the experience. The hotel was great, as well, providing 2 separate heating options; a fire place and central air unit. It also had a hot tub/spa bath and a reading light, which I thought was a nice touch.

I did not have the breakfast...seemed expensive. The location was just ok. It seemed like it was on the edge of town with nothing interesting nearby. But this was a very short trip and I mainly had to spend my time in Exeter, which was about 30 miles away from this hotel in Manchester, New Hampshire. The availability of food was on limited hours in the hotel and not much walkable from there.

We went to New Hampshire for the Junefeastivial at Santa's Village and wanted to try to do something different other than staying in a Hotel room. This was a little cabin with an awesome view of the mountains. It had bunk beds and a queen bed, dishes, fridge and a stove top. It was a cute little place and a fun experience.
