This motel is our unique experience. It’s located in a very nice and atmospheric place. The sounds of the river nearby have always been heard and it was fantastic. The hotel administration was very friendly and recommended us a lot of places to visit in the surrounding places. The room was relatively large, with a fridge and everything else needed. There was no deposit. You can always leave your car close to your motel / cabins. There are two good supermarkets nearby.

The hotel allows to stay with pets. I like the room that the floor is not carpet. Although it’s a bit dusty but I know it was brought by us. (I really dislike the carpet! ) My husband liked the bed and he said he slept well. The hotel seems renovated recently. The furnitures are all looking new and the flowers hinging outside of the rooms. There is a little trail behind the hotel which is nice to walk the dog before get starting in the morning.

Location was ideal - having just travelled through the White Mountains over the Kanamagus Highway from Conway to see the glorious and stunning Fall colours, Lincoln was a good place to stop the night. Good parking - able to park directly outside the room was very convenient. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Microwave in room was a very useful feature. Indoor swimming pool, used by one of our party, was a positive.

Omg it was so niceee. It felt like we were the only guests staying in the hotel to be honest, which was a little weird, but I didn’t mind at all LOL. The rooms were so nice (love the high ceilings), and felt so cozy. The balcony was nice too with a cute view. Walled accross the street to the brewery which was greatttt. Them my bf and I went for a dip in the pool in the morning and it was so beautiful. 10/10 experience.

This place have great location, convenient to Franconia Park - first entrance is just 5 minutes away. Worth paying a bit more for bigger room (e.g. double queen) – seeing a small river from the back windows was great. Recomend the Common Man restaurnat in Lincoln for diner (just call ahead as the waiting line is big).

The property and room were meticulously clean. Location is fantastic - minutes from trail heads and from Woodstock. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. They even provided us with blankets for outdoor dining in town. Sitting by the river and lighting a fire to end a great day of hiking was wonderful!

we didn’t know we would be on the third floor. my mother could not walk up those steps. we couldn’t even stay at this property and had to book at another hotel locally . They refused to refund us any of our money and didn’t even get back to us. It was all very upsetting.

Stayed here for one night to get out of the city and ski at Cannon. Clean, spacious, and good location a little way down from the shoulder-to-shoulder motels/hotels just south on Route 3. Beautiful view of the mountains. Appreciated the microwave in room.

The facility is excellent! Close to all the local shops and sites in the Lincoln area! .Breakfast was very good and was presented very well under these COVID conditions! All of the staff from the Front Desk to all the Hotel staff are excellent!!

Absolutely love staying here with my family. Very clean, welcoming, comfortable, beautiful views, close to everything we travel here to do. The kancamagus lodge is our go to place to stay when we come up to Lincoln!

Not much. I cleaned with Lysol to take away the stink. Non smoking hotel reeked of cigarettes. I also ordered two queen bed room and got 2 double beds. Blankets had hair in them that wasn't ours.

We liked the larger room set up more like an apartment than a hotel. The facility has many amenities (pool - indoor & outdoor, hot tub, game room, laundry facilities, etc.)

We chose Lincoln as our base for touring the area. Thus the location proved to be very good. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful

Loved the location very near woodstock and Lincoln. Near great hiking places. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel was cute and very comfortable loved the Jacuzzi

WELL FURNISHED, CLEAN, NEAR OUR ACTIVITIES

We stayed in the notch view deluxe and it was a great view. The facility was clean and having access to the pool, hot tub and pedal boats was a lot of fun.

Everything was awesome comfortable exelent for kids

The room was cozy, location was great.
