Room condition was good. Breakfast has lots of options and tasty good. Receptionist was very informative and helpful, they helped us for booking taxi to travel around with reasonable price. And on the check-out day, the bus company was supposed to pick me up but they were late about 40-45 mins, the staff was actively helping me to make sure not missing pick up van and bus. Thanks for everything, especially staff name by “Cho (?) - shoulder length hair lady staff” she was so efficient and supportive through the staying.

We love this hotel! We traveled as a family. We arrived and were greeted with hot towels and tea. The staff was extremely friendly. Comfortable beds, very clean. Great willingness to help us explore the town. The breakfast was incredible, lots of variety, and you can order a la carte. I have celiac disease, and they even understood that. A little gem.

The best 5 star hotel I've stayed at during my entire HK and North to South Vietnam trip, very large spacious room with excellent mountainside view. Reception staff super accommodating, also additional staff coming around during breakfast time offering coffee to be made by them. Reception also were very informative about things to do and see. The hotel was amazing, the rooms are clean and the valley view was wonderful. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Location is 5 minutes away from Sapa town and they have shuttles every 2 hours. I highly recommend this hotel. They also have free shuttles to the Alpibe coaster.

Amazing, friendly staff. Julie and Lily were always ready to help, whether it be coordinating a bus ride or having my luggage delivered. I give them a 20/10. The bus boys were also exceptional. The property has a great location, is very clean, and well appointed. The view from my room is truly inspiring. The breakfast is very good. This hotel is now on my Favorites list.

    The breakfast was tasty - we always appreciate having an "omelette guy!" And the view at breakfast was outstanding. The view from our third floor room was also fabulous! The staff was able to give us good information regarding the sights we had chosen to see. We were able to be served a delicious lunch outside to enjoy the natural surroundings as well as the food. The room was of regular size and had a balcony. Although it seems hard to believe, the property does have views of the mountains, lake and city. And we enjoyed sitting at the lobby fireplace in the evening.

    The staff let us check in early due to the bus arrived pretty early (4:45 am) with the additional charge but it's doable and understandable. The morning staffs are very friendly and very helpful, they help us get the shuttle or even the taxi to bus station. Breakfast is soooo good here, there so much to eat !!! Especially pho soup is the best. The location is a bit off from the main area but again you get such a great mountain view in the morning.

    The highlight for this Hotel is the breakfast. Im so amazed by their food selection and everything is delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They give us takeout breakfast for our last night because we have to checkout early in the evening to catch the sleeper bus. Very good value for my money.     Beautiful scenery and relaxing weather.

    Beautiful scenery and relaxing weather. But, it's best to make sure you visit during the non-rainy seasons to avoid excessive fog and unexpected rainfall. We visited the moana cafe, glass bridge, ban mong alpine coaster and explored the city center. All these locations are a must visit to anyone visiting Sapa. This was our second trip to Sapa. During our first visit, we visited sunworld fansipan and cat cat village, and they are also absolute must visits!

    Lao Cai is a frontier town and as such, has a quite quirky feel to it. There is not a whole lot to do per se, apart from visiting a couple of pagodas. I do like the vibe there and there is some really good Vietnamese food available.

    Very difficult to find your way there, all homestay/hotel owners refuse to provide information and collaborate only with specific companies. English guides limited but a guide named Thao made our stay a nightmare. She was trying to push lunch and other side services, once she realized we didn’t want that, she stopped any guiding and intentionally destroyed half of one day and the whole second day by acting simply as a side person on the trip, not providing absolutely anything. Totally unprofessional and even verbally rude and sarcastic. Avoid at all costs!

Many travelers who arrive and try to book at the last minute often find no rooms available, which shows the hotel’s appeal and service quality. The rooms are clean and airy with beautiful views, making you feel relaxed from the moment you step in.     Mountainous area famous for plum. It's called the white valley because during the spring the whole area is covered by plum flowers. So it's best to visit in early January. Otherwise, summer is a good time for plum picking. I had an enjoyable experience picking plum myself and brought lots of them home. I was lucky to visit during the weekends when they had annual horse racing competition. Really memorable. They also have weekly Hmong flea market on Sunday, you can eat local food and see ethnic people trading. Riding motorbike and looking at the mountain was fairly enough for me. You definitely should eat at Sa Mu restaurant. The food was so good that we went there twice.

    I only stayed Saturday night for the Sunday market but wish I’d stayed Friday night too to see the buffalo market on Saturday morning. Get up early (~6am) and go to the market while it’s bustling with locals rather than waiting until the tourist buses arrive (from ~9am). Quan Binh Phuong does good chicken pho for 30,000 VND
