Unfortunately, we had left our jewelry bag in the safe. After 2 hours drive away from the resort came to realize the mishap and of course made the phone call. It took close to 45 minutes before they could tell us they had bag in hand. We returned to the resort and when we arrived they had stolen my husband’s gold bracelet worth more than $2000. Really sad to say and unexpected. We will be posting negative reviews everywhere. They stole a smaller piece of jewelry amongst the necklaces and watches to try to hide the steal. It hurts to not be able to trust people. Shameful
