The location is nice, we have a nice pier to the ocean so we can swim in the deep water. The staff was also very helpful, a lot of friendly faces, the staff team from the restaurant was excellent, and Nada from customer relation, she was constantly checking with us to make sure we’re good. The reception staff was also extremely nice, when we went on a tour, they actually packed us lunch boxes!!

The staff namely Front Desk Youssef provided a wonderful guest services to us. He is so generous and we were extremely grateful to be greeted by him. Shazzly provided us with refreshments when we arrived, whilst we had the best experience on the furnicular with Abdur Rahman whom is a true gentleman. My husband and I were treated with so much of respect from all of the golf cart boys whom were always happy to take us around.Agmad at concierge desk was so friendly and Mr Mahdi at the restaurant was excellent to each guest. All the chefs in the live station at both restaurants fro breakfasts were certainly so attentive and adhered to all of our needs

Another amazing stay 🤩 The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. Huge thanks to the reception team for their kindness and hospitality. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the rooms clean, and the guys at the bar were super friendly and professional. I’d especially like to thank "Muhamd Bebo" at the reception for going above and beyond to meet all our requests throughout our stay. The place is absolutely lovely and relaxing — this wasn’t my first time here, and it definitely won’t be the last!

Everything. Venue facilities were fantastic. The pools were very clean, the beach was amazing. Various delicious food at the restraints were impressive. I would like to thank Mahmoud and Ali at the main reception, they were very helpful with everything we needed. Also, I would like to highlight the entertainment part, especially Dj Fela, who made our nights unforgettable with great music and fantastic energy. We will definitely come back again and again to the Rixos Sharm.

    This hotel is great, fantastic resort and very clean and well kept. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and great offerings in the buffet for all inclusive. Hotel has a shuttle down to Soho Square every 30 mins from 8pm-11pm although it only takes 10 mins to walk there. It’s one straight line from the hotel gates.

    The food is delicious (Pasta, pizza, Egyptian food) in the all inclusive package. The beach guy (life guard) Ahmed is very friendly and helpful he helped me get over my fear of deep water and encouraged me to enjoy it. Reasonable price for Ras Mohammed trip from the diving center in the hotel it was so much fun with good food. but you have to bring your towel and snorkeling equipments with you. The hotel is simi resort with reasonable price.
