Beach kept clean by an efficient cleaning crew. Pool assistants very attentive and cheerful. Special mention to Kassyr the hilarious buggydriver, Kristin the spa masseuse with the most relaxing way of treating a customer and Amirah at Treetops always smiling and making us feel special! All of you made our 25th wedding anniversary trip a memorable one.

We stayed 5 nights, family of 4 with 9yr old twins. We loved the size and cleanliness of the rooms, the excellent service of every single staff in the resort -top notch! Chef Geert was amazing. Best head chef ever! He was ALWAYS on the ground checking that everything in the restaurants was up to standard, talking to the wait staff, so very hands-on, managing every single aspect of the restaurants! Never seen a head chef at a resort/hotel more committed to service and quality than Chef Geert! He even cleans the fingerprints off the covers at the buffet - nothing is beneath him! Nirwana is very blessed to have him there! He took the time to chat with us on many things and answer our questions. We commended him on the excellent quality of the food at every restaurant in the resort. There was not a single bad dish we had, everything was absolutely delicious, food was fresh and top standard! Well worth the prices! The infinity pool was wonderful, so big, so clean (we see them thoroughly cleaning it every morning!) and the jacuzzi jets in it was a lot of fun for the whole family. The cleanest pool we've ever been in. Beach was clean, sand was soft and white. We really enjoyed our stay.
