She was my main point of contact for organising my entire proposal and ensured everything was absolutely perfect. Even when we faced challenges in communicating our needs to the staff due to a language barrier, Karin stepped in effortlessly and made sure everything was taken care of. My fiancé and I had the most memorable time here, and we can’t wait to return soon. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Amber team for the exceptional hospitality. I liked EVERYTHING! The breathtaking location, the unique bungalows, and the super friendly and accommodating staff. If I ever come back to Lombok I will be staying there again, hands down. The interior is gorgeous, free from clutter, with thoughtful touches and everything you might need/ask for. The staff is highly attentive, friendly, and great to interact with! I had initially planned to stay for four days but extended for a week as this place exceeded my expectations. As I was going to spend a week working, I wanted a comfortable home with a table and a great view in a fantastic location. The Internet is through 4G, and Danica gave me a wifi router to put into my room that served me well for my calls.

Everything! Room, atmosphere, it is quiet and relaxing but you can also surf and do other activities, you have a private beach and you can swim in the ocean when there is high tide, you can enjoy a very tasty food, a wonderful swimming pool and the communication with the staff is really good!

Bungalows were comfortable and spacious and the huge front porch/living area made the room feel even bigger. Food at the restaurant was incredible and the fact that you can have it delivered to your room day or night was fantastic.

Everything about Drift Hideaway can only be formulated in superlatives. From the get go, you are embraced with a charming, loving & genuine welcome. The host, Dino, made sure that you are equipped with all the info one needs. Having just arrived., it's indeed very handy. The room is spotless (we were in room 3), spacious and bed very comfy. The courtyard is just inviting. The pool is literally at your doorstep.. A great plus is definitely the replenishing of cold drinking water (all in reusable glass bottles). Also,Kuta main road (which leads to the town centre) is only a 15min. walk - if you're not into renting a scooter (Dino will help you with this too). I can only highly recommend this place if you ever come to Kuta, Lombok.

The garden, pool area and whole hotel is just so beautiful! The garden had giant turtles walking around and some weird turkeys. The kids just loved following the turtles on a stroll! Location is perfect, just a bit off the main road to get a calm stay, but close enough to easily get down to all restaurants. Staff was amazing and did all they could to make our stay perfect! Very good at listening at our needs and to help out solving thing.
