Loved the location - far from main tourist routes and verry near the Biennale gardens. AND of course the air conditioner was real savior during our stay in Venice when outside the weather was super hot (34°C). And really really nice owner and cleaning lady - easy and fast communication.

It was a wonderfully finished very clean and practical apartment in the middle of the city.

Also near to many restaurants, cafes and shops. Quiet in the apartment even though there were many people on the street below. The owner's homemade gelato (in her shop) is delicious.

The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, very responsive and accommodating when my sister was sick and we needed assistance. The apartment feels very safe and clean in a lovely, quiet area close to great waterfront restaurants. It is about a 7 min walk to the nearest vaporetto, and this line puts you 2 stops away from San Marco which is the center of Venice. It was also quite easy to get here from the airport, which is always a hassle in Venice. We took the 35 bus from the airport to the 4.2 vaporetto, and it was very seamless.

Host is very helpul and responsive. There was a strike on that day and he guided us on how to come from the airport. The apartment is well stocked, clean and comfortable.

The host, Massimo, is respectful, helpful, and kind. Although the air conditioning unit was brand new, it was defective on the first day. At the time, Venice was experiencing temperatures of 35°C, but Massimo did his best and brought us a mobile air conditioning unit. The next day, the main unit was repaired. The apartment is comfortable and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is very peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of day-trippers, and easily accessible by vaporetto. There's also a very handy little supermarket nearby.

The food was amazing and the staff were incredibly helpful.
