The staff were amazing! We left our phone in a Grab car. They checked CCTV and got the license plate and helped us contact the driver. We retrieved our phone back. The room we got was pretty spacious. I would pay extra to add the breakfast option. Their breakfast has a wide range of options from Western to Eastern food. Also, 10 mins from Batu Ferringhi. Highly recommended!

the family room o booked was very huge in space, beds are super comfortable. the pool was very nice. the resort is very near the night market and the beach attraction. the staff are super friendly and very helpful.
