Super relaxed vibe and friendly staff. Good bar and restaurant and the menu was both European and Thai. Try the jalopeno poppers! The owner was very helpful. He drove us to the village on departure day, where we had to catch a bus. Also I twisted my ankle and he went to the farmacie to get me a brace. (Thank you again!) The room we had was with balcony and pool access, great pool). The dining was excellent, with great Thai food (there is also an International selection). The breakfast was ok, but too many UPFs for my liking. This area has really gone upmarket, rural and quiet certainly not the place if you are looking for nightlife!! Friendly staff , great location and wonderful food and drinks. Would record to anyone who want a great place to chill by the beach without all the concrete and sterile feeling of the new resorts.
