This is the second time here. Love everything about it. The staff always looks like they are busy working but never too busy to make eye contact and say hello. Phenomenal customer service. Also love the spacious bathroom.

This remains my favourite hotel in the whole world. I love Palm Springs and the mid-century design and staying in this iconic location was a dream come true. The hotel was absolutely breathtaking, the facilities were insane, the attention to detail was something I haven’t experience before. The concept of having the historic bungalows on the same property with the new and modern ones was incredible. Location was fantastic. Can’t wait to visit again!

Love the location! Kind of away from everything tucked away by the mountains. Close to Indian Canyons trails. The staff is really friendly! The facility is clean. We had a really nice big room with a balcony with a nice view. My kids loved the waterslide! The pool is very nice and big. The pool area had a bar/ snack area that was very nice and the people working the area were super nice. The lifeguard did a great job and was very sweet! This was a wonderful place to stay and I look forward to going back.

    We were so very pleased with the whole resort. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very clean and neat in all areas. The pool area was very nice and so clean. The kitchen was up to date and all inclusive with newer appliances. We would definitely recommend this to anyone. The location was great and the reception staff was wonderful!
