The view, the room, the bed, the food and the staff 🤩 Gurl, when you live in the desert for 6 years and experience waking up with the overlooking mountains, rice padding + the extra fogs. We slept like a baby. Its heaven. I love their cinnamon tea also and also the sautéed pork in chili and lemongrass. Did not regret one bit booking this place even though it’s far from the Sa Pa center.

We booked our Sapa Trip during very cold and mist weather, however Eco Palms House team bring to us more than satisfy from beginning to end. We booked all transportation service from Ha Noi to Sapa and back (01 way by overnight train and 01 way by Limousine). We did sightseeing tour with short trek after arrival (Tour explorating Green tea plantation, Water Mill, Hot Spring mineral water), next day we do cooking class with master Chef at Eco Palms House, going to Local Market with her to prepare ingredients then back to cook. All staff are friendly and helpful, room very warm with heater and 04 layer of blanket. This make us the best trip ever and good memory during bad weather. Thanks Eco Palms House Team.

Clean, great view. We stayed in this beautiful Ecolodge and enjoy the stunning view, friendly staff, room is clean. The road to this location is not good (in construction) so that is only one point we don’t like during staying in this Ecolodge.

My friend and I had a great stay at Sapa garden retreat. The room was really cozy, clean, private and the garden was beautiful. It was about a 12 minute walk uphill from town, but easily accessible. Sáng at reception was especially helpful and spoke great English. She made our stay smooth and seamless. Would recommend for anyone looking to be close to Sapa town, but still in a relaxing, quiet space.
