We had a very pleasant experience in this hotel! The staff are amazing and very helpful and we had a great time overall. The food was delicious, offering a lot of variety and and there are many, different facilities to accommodate everyone. We would definitely come back for another trip here!

We visited Aspen off season, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet as well as the proximity to Pirin. It is also convenient to have free parking on site and a restaurant as otherwise we would need to go by car to another restaurant.

We loved everything. The appartment was fully equipped- we felt as at home, but at one of the best place in famous Bansko resort plus SPA facilities. Our kids are not so small, but this place is suitable for everyone. It is at the end of Bansko, easy to walk to the mountain and to the center. The communication with the owner was great. Definitely a place to recommend and to come back again- sure will be great during the winter too. Hope that it would be kept in the same way in the future. Will give more than 10, if could.
