Apukka Resort is in Apukka, just 15 minutes drive from Rovaniemi. The property features multiple saunas, including an ice sauna, igloo sauna and movable saunas. beautiful setting on a lake and easy to access from town. The Aurora cabin superior was fun with the amazing windows with an incredible view. Gorgeous design and warm interior. loved the sleds to take our luggage. the Pizza Hut was delicious with the open fire and reasonable prices from 14 E. The breakfast was superb…huge array of foods…try the porridge. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the activities were expensive. we had only one night and did the husky ride search for northern lights. unfortunately no lights but an incredible experience with the dogs. well worth the money and very organised. in the evening they had live music at the main restaurant which was fabulous.

Set by Lake Kilpisjärvi off the E8 motorway, this resort is within 7 km of the Swedish and Norwegian borders. It offers cottages and apartments with private saunas, full kitchens and free Wi-Fi. Great location, very tidy and friendly helpful staff. Loved the sauna in the room. Delivered breakfast was great value

Wonderful resort, excellent restaurant, ideal location, close to ski slopes, helpful staff. The view through the window to the lake is perfect. I highly recommend booking a sauna. The apartments are fully adapted for living with children, nicely furnished.

The staff was very friendly and the owner of the resort was very friendly, and also the owner of the place offered us , other places to spend a special time.

Ranua Resort Arctic Igloos features igloo accommodation in Ranua, with impressive views of the Finnish Lapland sky and the neighbouring Lake Ranuanjärvi. a good spot for hunting aurora, I got lucky I managed to get reflection of aurora appeared at the lake. the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Aurora Village Ivalo is situated in Ivalo and offers cabins with a glass roof, offering the possibility to spot the Northern Lights from the bed. Once in a lifetime stay at a beautiful cabin/igloo. Had everything we needed including a comfortable bed and great shower. The best part is the atmosphere walking around the cabins. Worth paying for every activity you can, especially the sauna/jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious

Set in Saariselkä, Northern Lights Village Saariselkä features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi. Free parking is available. Everything was perfect. While the room temperature in other hotels we stayed in in Lapland was fixed at 20 degrees, here we were able to adjust it as we wanted. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. When you enter the hotel, you can arrange all the activities with the help of the staff. Seeing the northern lights was amazing!!! It was very enjoyable and easy to walk from the bungalows to the restaurant, to the deers and the huskies.
