Each unit includes a private bathroom with shower. amazing view of the lake from our Jacuzzi, it was a really good size cabin, everything you could need to enjoy not only the site but the lake. an easy flat walk along the side of the lake, to numerous coffee places. There were loads of facilities, we didn't use them as we enjoyed walking by the lake and using our Jacuzzi. place was very clean and comfy, we would stay again.

Our ghost Cristina and her husband are fabulous and this makes our stay really good. The location and facilities are great. The restaurant below offers easy food and around there is enough alternatives. The bakery service, help with excursions, you name it Cristina and her husband they fix it. The front desk staff was very helpful and helped in all matters. The hotel is very clean and in the best location by the gondola. The architecture has been planned with good taste and nice mixture of modern and traditional design.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The manager was so lovely. The room was spacious and had all we needed to make meal. Great supermarket and restaurants nearby. We managed the buses that stopped just outside and ferries pretty well from the nearby village. Pool was cold and refreshing. Views were amazing of course. I dream to come back to lake como someday!
