It’s so close to restaurants, convenient store and the Hakuba bus station. The most I like is the owner of the property treated us like the family or I think more than family. They picked up and dropped us from and to the bis station, showed the restaurant, and dropped and pickup us to ski resort. The owner, Chikako san helped us to find Ski school for our children who experienced snow for the first time. The other co owner, Koji san even helped us to talk to Ski school that didn’t speak good English. We will definitely come back again.

The Happo-One Winter Resort Kokusai lift 1 is within a minute's stroll. JR Hakuba Station is a 10-minute drive. Everything was fantastic! Beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, living room, bathrooms & kitchen. Nice views, especially from living room. Having in-room laundry was great. No one at reception desk, but the staff we saw (outside or cleaning the room) were super friendly and helpful.

The lounge area with the giant fireplace is awesome, very nice food, very spacious rooms and first class facilities such as the onsens and indoor swimming pool. The decor could be interpreted as dated (as other reviews have stated) but we felt this simply adds to the warmth and cosiness of the establishment. The service here is seriously next level and it is fantastic value for money.
