The location is amazing and the staff is very friendly. They have a limited menu, but the food was very delicious. Ideal place if you are looking for a place with a laid back, calm vibe. Loved the colonial look of the place and the furniture. Bathroom was very spacious. We even had a evening walk arround the area as it looked mesmerizing walking amidst the tea plantation.

The place is simply amazing — the hosts are very friendly, helpful, and always available when you need them. The food is perfect, and there’s a nice variety of beverages. The room is clean and tidy, and the view… we just couldn’t get enough of it! It might be a bit far from a big city, but it’s absolutely worth staying here.

The views were great, the staff was extremely cooperative and made sure to go the extra mile like arranging a poolside BBQ for us. The rooms were aesthetically pleasing and cleaned well. Breakfast, tea time snacks, and dinner was delicious and presented beautifully each time. The food was not very expensive either; it was good value for money.

We lived everything about the property. It was a ten out of ten experience. The staff were so helpful and nice and the property was very well cleaned. It smelled so nice! They made us breakfast at which tasted exceptional. Overall we had a very nice time at Ulugala Resort and would definitely recommend to anyone around the area.
