All guest rooms in the accommodation are fitted with free toiletries and an iPod docking station. Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

Guests have access to a hot tub and fitness centre. Everything, is a completely premium experience, starting with the food which is of very good quality, the coffee shop and restaurants. They even have a better gym than the one I have in my city. The cleanliness, hospitality and the facilities are just in another level. We have stayed in a few all-inclusives and this one was the best by far.

There is a water park on site and guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and bar. Cancun Government Palace is 4.3 km from the property. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. Even though we arrived late at night the host welcomed us in a pretty nice way, he changed us to a better apartment without extra cost, sent us a list of places to go and left us some drinks too. Communication with him was great, the apartment is nice, clean and it has everything you might need during your trip, the hotel was nice and the staff offered good service, I totally would stay here again.

We keep coming back to this resort for it's safety, food and entertainment variety , Spa services , and sheer niceness/ attention to service of staff! Special shout out to Enrique and Marlon our butlers for taking care of even our smallest needs and desires!

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun - All Inclusive - Adults Only is a Preferred by Nature certified property due to its commitment to sustainability. The staff were great. It was really important to us that the staff were welcoming to our dog. They were great! We will definitely go back.
