Hyatt Ziva pleasantly surprised us, with an entire village of restaurants, shops, candy/dessert shop, cafe, swimming pools and dolphins! Our butlers Alessandra and Eladio were beyond amazing and took care of all of our needs. It was a splurge but I would do it again. The food at the Moongate (asian) and the Tradewinds (steak) was of excellent quality. the rooftop pool at Punta Vista was also amazing.

A great Location by the Beach with use of resort's pools, beach bar (buy tickets)and food service (buy tickets). An older property but with all essentials. Close to other amenities and local transport to downtown Cancun. The Host Corrado was attentive and helpful. A wonderful person to deal with. He kept in touch during our stay to check that we were doing fine. He had some beers, water and soft drink in the fridge to welcome us on arrival. There are a couple of other public beaches within waking distance, an archeological site nearby, a beautiful church (Catholic but anyone is welcome) on the beach nearby, whale shark tour service within walking distance. Other water bound tours and service along the road. The ferry service to Isla Mujer is a 20 min walk from the resort.

Our suite with outdoor dip pool, veranda and splendid room was so inviting that we spent much of our time just luxuriating in it. Highly recommended.

this is the first time I am writing review because I had to rate this property. Everything was fabulous, staff was outstanding, room was clean, spacious and have the most beautiful view and the food was so great but the thing I loved most about the property is hospitality. The staff was always ready to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Each and every member of staff was great but some people really do need special mention; Monica from front desk, Fabian from spice, Sergio from Asiana, Felix the cabana server, Ivan from Maria Marie and entire staff of room service; go find these guys and you will never find anything to complain about.

Cleanliness, great nighttime entertainment shows, different courts for sports, teens club, and pools are clean compared to other all-inclusive resorts.. I enjoy their nice gym and the new catcus coffee shop. All indoor areas are very well ventilated. I love the ice-cream and crepe stand, it is a very nice touch!

Everything about this hotel is amazing - the rooms are beautiful, the staff are so lovely, the pools are stunning and the food is (mostly) good. It was our first time staying in an all-inclusive resort so the unlimited drinks and food thing was a real novelty for us! We had a great time. If you're someone who likes lots of activities on holiday there's always plenty to do like volleyball, table tennis etc., and there is always night time entertainment. We only stayed 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place situated inside an all inclusive resort. You get access to all the pools, beach and gym which are great! Betty was a very friendly and responsive host. She has thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Including a coffee machine, beach cooler and toys for children. The apartment is modern spacious and clean. I would highly recommend!

The property is an ensuite room located in an old building currently used entirely for other such rentals. Given that Cancun is very expensive, the price was good. I also liked that there were shops and restaurants nearby (not obvious -- for the most part, zona hotelera of Cancun is a concrete fortress of all-inclusive resorts build one right next to another with no life or joy in between).

Great location in the parties area, the staff are very friendly, specially Zanabria. He is a good server at the dinner restaurants. My room had a nice sea view and very clean. The resort is very clean and 4 beautiful pools. I stayed there for 5 days as a VIP all inclusive. I love Cancún.

Staff were great, well trained. Tipping is usual in this resort and the employees are striving to please. We had a departure flight delay so weren't leaving until 3:00 and they allowed us to stay on the resort with our wrist bands which was great.Valet parking was included. Food was wonderful, entertainment was great. The only other luxury all inclusive I have been to is Sandals, but I preferred this hotel even though I typically don't prefer large resorts.
