They charged for dinner plates 🍽️ . Which must be cost free . We ordered food online and asked the hotel for 2 plates 🍽️ and they charged me for the plates.

Wonderful option near Corniche. Family classic junior suite was like the pictures. Rooftop swimming pool on the 18th floor. Free valet parking services. Good bed, clean room, great breakfast and most of all excellent staff. Although a classic room decoration it feels a bit dated. All working perfectly but signs of tear and wear are slightly visible so maybe an update in due time.

There were steps up to reception and down to the lift / elevator so it was not step free.

Very spacious room. Lifts were fine. Staff very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Very clean. Bathroom had douche. Good location with easy access to buses. Food places across the road. Excellent breakfast.

They have a swimming pull at a roof top, and I think, I can be decorated better. however for a quick refreshment it's ok. There's no smoking spot in their cafe, it would be nice do not brief all that tobacco from other customers.

The hotel is located very close to downtown, so you don't need to use cabs much if you like walking. Their staff is nice, they upgraded a room for us for free into a bigger option. And the room was cool, one of the bast I have ever had probably and very spacey and comfortable. I also thing that it has a very good value for this price to compare with others.

1- Breakfast needs more variety, most cooked meals were indian. 2- the safe box was not working. 3- the mini-fridge drips water. 4- the restaurant food & in-room dinning was ok, but could be better. 5- there is no lounge or seating area in the lobby that serves coffee/tea/snacks, & where you can relax & read a book. 6- some guests in nearby rooms were screaming all time, even late at night, & in the hallways, but I don't know how the hotel could handle them.

1- Excellent staff that help you in everything they can in the most professional & polite way possible, all of them (reception, room service, house keeping, restaurants, waiters, etc.) 2- excellent location. 3-clean & tidy. 4- reasonable prices in comparison to abu dhabi prices. 5- all major facilities & necessities are available.

The room card had a problem all the time and I had to go to the reception to activate it again.through booking I had 20% discount on food and drink.the drink was only for refreshments and they did not tell me during check-in. The reception was not so well informed regarding the neighbourhood.

I was really surprised when i called the housekeeping to bring a spoon for me to take my medication when the housekeeping lady told me that i have to pay 20 Dirhams for getting an empty spoon based on the hotel policy !!!! Very strange behaviour that I didn’t see before in any other hotels , though my stay was in a suit with a kitchen( the whole kitchen with a stove but for a spoon you have to pay extra money!!!!!! I didn’t like this at all actually though it’s a little amount but i felt that it’s not convenient to be done by a famous hotel like Sheraton.

Their room could have had two couches inside the room for the two people staying there. The standard TV channels were disappointing. The flashing light of the smoking alarm at night when trying to sleep was annoying.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The place was even better than described and very clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff needs to be praised. The overall hotel was very good.
