Nice hotel. Location is good for skiing, there is ski bus driving to Gerlitzen. I like how hotel is equiped. Nice big room for games, with two biliar pools and one table football and many family games. There is also a big room with desks where you can work on your laptop or papers. Gym is big and really good equiped. Breakfast is nice. Rooms are clean, bathroom big and good.

The hotel always has visitors and plenty come for the biking and exploring the area. We've been only using it for sleepovers during long trips, was in the vicinity one night and came back 3 times already. Rooms are clean and always have water in the fridge free of charge. Was loving the breakfast buffet as well as they have a nice selection of fresh and cooked food. The staff is always friendly and the check-in process is a breeze. Having had a booking on a wrong date once, we were accommodated with a corresponding room and had no issues. You also have some lovely views of the castle on a hill and the surrounding mountains. Will come back again when we're tired from a longer journey.

Right by a main road, which can be either a positive or a negative - if you're looking for a rural retreat then this isn't it!

Wonderful place to stop over on my travels through Europe by motorcycle. The room was huge and super comfortable, the facilities were excellent and staff all lovely. I had dinner in the restaurant too and it was fantastic. Breakfast was exceptional - the best spread I've ever had whilst on my European road trips. There are also communal areas with books and games, which is a bonus.

It is a good hotel, conveniently located for people traveling further south. Clean rooms and delicious breakfast. Restaurant on-site, so there is no need to look for some other place to eat after a long journey. Dog-friendly with some walking paths for dogs nearby. Nice sauna and gym area.

No complaints! We were only there one night, but our brief experience was all positive.

The hotel was easy to find--centrally located on the main road. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning actually worked, I was so thrilled (the other hotels on our trip had advertised air conditioning that didn't really work after all)!! The AC was fully adjustable in our room, so I sat there on the bed like a penguin that sits under the snow machine in the exhibit at the zoo; it was heaven. The breakfast was SO GOOD. Americans, this place had the crispiest bacon I have ever seen on the European continent. On our way to and from our room, we passed through a game room with foosball and pool tables, so naturally I challenged my husband to a game of pool (I won). There was on-site parking, and the connecting restaurant was also fantastic--we had dinner there. Our room also had a balcony which was nice. When we mentioned to the front desk upon checkout that we were going to the lake on our way out of town, they gave us a coupon so we wouldn't have to pay to go to the public beach.

Me and my partner really enjoyed the stay! Receptionists and staff in the restaurant were all so polite. Room was big, modern and clean. Breakfast was delicious. And sauna as a part of the stay was perfect. I have nothing to add!

The hotel comes across as rather bland, with some disinterested staff and bedrooms due a refurbishment. We knew to expect a busy road alongside, but it was rather difficult to walk anywhere.

Superb dinner at the restaurant alongside, and a classically generous Austrian breakfast; decently straightforward bedroom, with nice terrace, and astonishingly fast wifi.

Just a suggestion, but I would've appreciated if breakfast foods were all marked with what they were. Otherwise I have to open everything and then ask a lot about what the foods are.

Absolutely loved our stay. I wish more hotels would be like this. Service and comfort are number one. Location - Perfect, just a few minutes from the highway on one side, yet surrounded by mountains on the other side, and near a lake. Rooms - Spacious with a thoughtful layout. The rooms seemed also suitable for people with mobility issues. I especially appreciated extra storage space in the bathroom. The view of the surrounding mountains was nice. Facilities - Again, everything so thoughtful. The spa area was wonderful. The saunas and showers are comfy and offer enough privacy if you want it. The relaxation room was exactly that, I could've gladly stayed there overnight if someone asked me to. The game room with pool tables and board games is a really nice touch. My BF and I had a lot of fun. Great idea for guests wanting to stay in and just relax. Staff - Everyone was kind and explained everything we needed to know right from the start. All together a great deal if you find yourself in the area.
