Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A family room was quite small for the four of us. If you do book make sure you're a small family, or you get on very well with each other!!
Excellent location close to the Planai ski lift. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Whole hotel was always kept clean and the buffet breakfasts and evening meals were wonderful.

It can sometimes be problematic to stay together with groups of teenagers, but if you accept this fact, it can be okay for you too.

Check out was a bit slow.
As we went off the ski season, central location was very good. Breakfast selection was excellent, staff very kind and helpful. Room was clean, and the bed really comfortable that is very important for us.

The bathroom could have more shelves, especially in rooms adjusted for families. Soap containers are not practical nor hygienic, nor easy to use. It could be fine to have electric kettle in the room for preparing tea after skiing to warm up:)
Very good food, rich breakfast, fine dinner. Fine atmosphere in the hotel, very good staff. Good bedding. Excellent location! Very good experience and quality of facilities for a given price.

A comfortable hotel with full service. Excellent cuisine, breakfast and dinner on half board is a selection from the buffet. Close to the Planai cable car and to the center of the town.

The location is great: in city center close to the Planai cable car, bus station, restaurants, shops. The staff was professional and helpful. By breakfast we had many delicious options.

* There was a festival/concert next to the hotel when we were there. It was really loud and noisy and we were going to get up early, so that night was like h*ll for us. The hotel could have warned about this, especially since we asked for a quite room. * There was no aircon or fan, so we had to sleep with the window open, which made the experience with the concert even noisier * In the spa, men and women were naked together. I didn't know this was the case in Austria, but made a very uncomfortable situation for me and my family with teenagers... would have been good to have English signs in the changing room to inform about this, as it is not normal in most of the world
Very good location in the middle of Schladming and next to the Planai lifts. Good room and very nice breakfast and good breakfast staff. Nice with the wellness spa

Beware of the older section of the hotel, it is really not as good. The hotel seems to be very popular with large groups of kids (school trips/camps), during our stay, there were kids running and shouting in the hallway a lot.
We stayed there twice, the first time was good since we were in the renovated section of the hotel. The rooms are comfy and clean.

We had an excellent stay at JUFA. The staff was fabulous. The food offerings were tasty and tons of variety, to make even the pickiest eaters happy. The hotel was completely full during peak season, with tons of young people having a great time. Yet the rooms were very quiet and peaceful.

The bathroom in our room smelled of cooking odours at all times.

The location and the price, but the parking outside changed from last year.
